Order under weight
Delivery was quick enough but ordered 2 5kg bags and 1 10kg bag and none of them were the correct weight after weighing them? They were all short of the weight ordered, the 5kg bags were 4.8kg and the 10kg was 9.7kg but funnily enough none were a few grams over,suppose most don't weight them , but sweets can't be faulted

Thanks for the review. We don’t do 5kg or 10kg bags though so I’m not sure it’s us who you ordered from?
I also checked back on your name and don’t see anything recently or a big quantity?

Great Quality Sweets & Great Service.
Got a selection of jellies from Carolyn’s sweets and they were delicious. 🙃 great variety and full of flavour. Delivery was quick and everything was packaged really well. Would happily order again.

Dissapointed
Seen an advert on social media and went in to order sweets for my daughter's upcoming party. When I went to checkout it wouldn't give me a shipping cost for my address( yes I live in Ireland) so I went back onto their post to ask why this happened to be met with abuse and further then they were making a laugh of me with other commenters. Is this what you get for trying to support local businesses.
So in your reply you said you couldn't see any comments from somebody with my name but I use a different name on TikTok and it was you or whoever controls your account that was replying to myself and others and I had tried to order about €65 worth of items. I was simply asking a genuine question and your representative thought it'd be funny to engage with other comments. Anyway your loss

I’m not sure what abuse you would have received? We certainly do not abuse anybody on our socials. We can't take responsibility for what other accounts may do. Of course if we see any abuse we do remove it but I think using the term "Abuse" is far fetched in the grand scheme of things. Many strangers on tiktok can comment anything.
I can’t see any comments or post by someone with your name and none with abuse by anybody.
We have a minimum order of €30 on the website and there’s a banner on the first webpage stating same so I’d imagine this is why you would have had an issue?
We genuinely appreciate anyone who wants to support a local Irish business, especially for kids’ parties, and we’re always happy to help if something isn’t clear. Please feel free to message us directly and we can assist which will stop any other TikTok followers making fun of you by commenting.

Had a very good experience with Carolyn's Sweets. The order I placed was delivered really promptly and although I received an incorrect item it was rectified very quickly. I would highly recommend Carolyn's Sweets because of the vast variety of sweets that they sell and the very efficient and friendly correspondence I received.
