Have progressed carpet orders and fitting for 2 rooms recently, with excellent customer service. Nicola in the store is so professional, friendly and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. Faultless. Secondly the fitting was undertaken by Alan and again what a pleasure to see someone performing his tasks without fuss, without mess and with a great smile on both occasions. 5 stars for definite.

I telephoned the general number for some advice on how much carpet I will need and spoke to Rich Harrington in the Basildon store. He was extremely helpful and friendly. An order was placed, paid for and delivery arranged. Easy!

I've just ordered my carpet via Richard Harrington at Basildon branch and he was very friendly and helpful. He sorted out the fitting appointment quickly and then helped me understand the quote. Very efficient service all around.

From our first contact in April, when the website wasn't working and we rang to ask for samples, to a couple of weeks ago when we rang to get a quote, to two days ago when we placed our order, Richard Harrington at Basildon could not have been more helpful, immediately sending out the requested samples, guiding us through the process of ordering and paying and informing what would happen on the day of fitting, and in the process giving us a very competitive quote including a generous discount and free underlay. We will provide a further review after fitting, but up to now absolutely first class customer service.

Very helpful and informative. Gave us advice based on what we were using the rooms for which meant we needed a different underlay to the standard.

Not sales focused and didn’t get jumped on as soon as we entered the shop, which I think is a huge benefit as we had lots of time to make our own choices.

Rae was very professional and friendly when measuring for our carpets. She gave us great advice on what type of carpet to choose for us personally as what we originally chose, was not really suitable for our lifestyle.
