I’m dyslexic and have a disability so being vulnerable can make it hard to communicate but he was patient and non judgmental especially given the circumstances and communication difficulties. I left the call with a positive hopefully outlook due to this amazing service and I think he should be recognised for this. I hope more staff can be as kind and understanding as he was. This company will chase and harass you for false claims causing you distress, they will pressure you and ask for money with no justification of a debt. When they finally find out they were wrong, no apology or correspondence, just on to the next victim to scam.

CARS had an easy online system
CARS had an easy online system, including a variety of contact options when needing to inquire about a specific case.
As I was working abroad this came in extremely handy as WhatsApp was my only method of contacting the CARS team.
The Staff member I spoke to via WhatsApp was Aimee, the humanely manner in which she took to explain the issue was more than accommodating. It was dignified and polite as any interaction involving a matter of debt should be as it can be anxiety inducing or shameful for a majority of your customers. However, Aimee understood my issue straight away, her replies and instructions on how to navigate the website and my options in terms of settling the outstanding balance were accurate.
Aimee’s prompt, concise and accurate guidance through the process was much smoother than I had anticipated. Largely due to your staff that make these things easier to resolve.
