The oven that I liked was…
The oven that I liked was unfortunately not suitable spent a couple of hours going through all the ovens photocopies with the ones I like. Not one of the staff showed any impatience that I was being a waste of time. We found one couldn't be more pleased

The staff are always very polite and go out of there way to help you I have a severe disabled daughter when we go into this store.they always take their time and never rush in fact we as we know the staff so well.we always have a laugh nothing is ever to much trouble I would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to purchase any electrical items

Always a very friendly and helpful…
Always a very friendly and helpful service at Carters buy all my white goods and electronics here.
Their advice is always good and even if I have a slight problem ( I couldn’t get a glass shelf to go back in my fridge after a clean) they showed me how when I visited the shop.

Paul at Carters is so helpful he had been there all the time we have lived in Horsham over 30 years!! He hasn’t changed a bit with his kind and friendly personality and so efficient the delivery is always on time and the men so helpful and efficient too would recommend to anyone for personal experience why shop anywhere else!!

Problem solved
We ordered a gas hob, but new regualtions meant it was not legally possible to fit, Carters helped me find an excellent replacement in the form of an induction hob. Excellent service

Bought a fridge freezer which turned out to have an issue after delivery. They sorted it out really quickly, no quibbles. I'm really pleased!
Will be using them again in the future. Nothing beats being able to speak to someone and good customer service.
