My cabinet was delivered today - it's GORGEOUS! I love it, so impressed with how well it's constructed and the grain of the wood. I LOVE IT, it's perfect for my space and exactly as described on the site. I have one tiny issue with one of the handles, but I flagged it and she is sending out a replacement ASAP.

Everything about this experience has been wonderful - from the website, to the product choices and range, the ease of ordering, speed of delivery.....all really supurb. I know this started as a two person family enterprise, and that shows - the dedication to craftsmenship and customer service is so clear.

Exquisite side board. However, waited five months for delivery.

Beautiful piece of furniture but not the best purchase experience and it doesn't look as good as it should have done due to incorrect measurements online.

It took 4-5 months for it to arrive (exp. 12 weeks). I had to regularly email/ring for delivery updates as the company didn't get in touch.

Then on arrival, it didn't match the advertised measurements! On purchase, the Honey Mango was advertised as x 45cm(D). On arrival it was x 55cm(D).

I contacted customer service to complain and was initially told, that when I bought it it was advertised as 55cm. This is incorrect and was extremely infuriating as I'd deliberated this purchase for months (ordered samples, measured out the area etc.) so I knew that the area set for it could only fit 45cm depth. I would not have purchased it if advertised at 55cm depth.

I had to call and complain for the offer of a swap to be organised. I chose against this in the end due to the massive inconvenience - another 6 week wait, and the need for the original packaging etc. I couldn't face having to deal with any of that.

Overall very disappointed with the experience. Customer service was a mixed bag depending on who you spoke to and no financial compensation for the inconvenience has been offered.

Furniture is gorgeous, and fantastic quality. The company were accommodating re splitting order due to different delivery dates, delivery drivers very friendly, called in advance to say they’d be early and check if that suited. Fantastic experience and have already ordered another 3 items of furniture following delivery as a result. Would highly recommend.

Great quality furniture at a great price. We purchased two large cabinets from Casa Bella, this our first experience of them. There was a wait for delivery, but this was explained from the start - in advance of the order being placed. The delivery was great, driver really helpful. The quality of the furniture was well above that we had received from other mail order companies. Really happy, and Casa Bella our first point of call when purchasing any furniture in the future.

I ordered a tv unit from Casa Bella, they gave me a date and time window for delivery, which was kept. The tv unit is of excellent quality, the driver unpacked it, put it in position and took all the wrapping, box etc away. Very happy customer
