Casa Bella Furniture Avis 

I had a endless list of questions, the team at Casa Bella were quick to either answer or respond to my emails. I had the delivery address wrong on numerous occasions as I made multiple purchases at different times over the course of several weeks - all of which were corrected by the Casa Bella team immediately. Now the items, what can I say but wow! freaking stunning! each item bought was made with high quality materials. The delivery was on time, with frequent updates and a call shortly before delivery. I feel reluctant to share with people where I got my furniture from (you guys know what I mean) BUT I also feel compelled to share my shopping experience with everyone. Thank you Casa Bella team!

Early morning delivery punctual

Second purchase from this company, bought the Urban Industrial Mango Kingsize Bed. The quality is excellent, construction was easy to follow giving the video tutorial and it looks beautiful.

We’ve been really impressed with Casa Bella - really lovely, well made furniture & the customer service has been excellent. Genuinely a 5* experience.

We ordered a chest of drawers & then also saw some bedside tables we liked. We emailed the customer service team to ask if we could add the bedside tables to the chest of drawers order, they replied really quickly saying that wasn’t a problem at all, and also applied the 10% welcome discount to the extra pieces!

The delivery team were friendly, polite & efficient - giving us a good heads up when they were on their way so we could make sure our excitable puppy was out of the way.

The furniture is well made, beautifully finished & was securely packaged. Unfortunately we had a slight issue with one of the legs on the chest of drawers being the wrong fit, but again the customer service team replied really quickly & had a replacement sent out by fedex with no hassle at all.

I bought a coffee table which beautiful and, as a refreshing experience, arrived fully assembled. Good value for money, the same table was somewhat more expensive at other retailers. Good communication throughout. Despatch/delivery was quick and the delivery guys were super nice and polite. I recommend this seller.

As seen below, Rob reached out to me to discuss the issue. After some photos and emails exchanged, it was agreed that the unit was defective and I was offered a replacement. We were able to get a new item, no extra charge which we are totally happy with.
Rob was able to take our preferences into account and sent us detailed information on products that matched, even offered to send additional photos and video of the product before we agreed.

Customer service was brilliant after sales.

Ordered a Dark Mango TV Console. Stated made of Solid Mango Wood.

Each section is hollow, my 4 year old used it to pull himself to his feet, and it cracked. Solid wood would not have done that.
While it may not be MDF or Chipboard, it's certainly not solid.

Poor marketing, good delivery.

Furniture was amazing quality, heavy and well made. Not like the cheap veneered chipboard flatpack stuff. Came assembled and have since bought a 2nd item.

Previously rated 1 star. Paid a deposit to view one of their sideboard units (paid £125 last weekend to reserve the item as it's not in store but in their warehouse) team took my money and have held it for a week, I visited today as agreed to discover they they don't have the unit ready and so I can't view it. All I got was a sorry, and an offer to come and view it next weekend...
Since writing the above review the company reached out and offered a discount due to the inconvenience and poor service, since then they have been very good and as you'd expect a service to be. I've been assured that the internal process will be investigated and improved.

Saw a gorgeous dining table at a friends and was told it’s from Casa Bella. I ended up getting a sideboard and a chest of drawers for my place which are both stunning.

Delivery 30 mins outside of the assigned 4-hour window but it was 23 Dec so it’s quite understandable. The delivery team was also great.

The sideboard is perfect. The chest I bought came fully assembled and had the knobs installed inside out (I guess it’s to prevent any accidental damage during delivery). One of the knobs however couldn’t be screwed in firmly and was a little loose. I thought it had to do with either the screw or the bolt and after notifying the team they quickly sent the parts by post which I really appreciate, although that still didn’t fix the issue, probably because the hole was a bit too big so the knob would always come slightly loose.

Despite the above, it’s a great company with amazing products and an excellent team.

Delighted with the furniture itself which is always a plus. Well made and already assembled! Order through to delivery was smooth and, despite being just before Christmas, was in line with lead times they quoted. Quick to answer any questions we had about the order.

No problems with anything - easy ordering, good communication on delivery and item was really well packaged. Delivery was fine.

Order delivery date set and product question’s answered over the telephone so assured the correct purchase for me. The delivery driver was excellent and phoned ahead and left the items as requested. Highly recommended.
