I had to come back to rewrite my review.
Even though I was accepted for the loan, I have since cancelled and requested the cash not be deposited to my account.
The main reason is that i applied for this loan was accepted however the next morning I signed into my email account to find a Fraud alert from a credit reference agency im signed up to, so i log in a sure enough there it is these guys had hard searched me twice as well as soft searching twice also,,, for this reason alone I would never recommend these to anyone as its obvious the couldn't care less about 1 actually issuing a loan and 2, they don't care about there job or customers credit files....
Im sure this is a scam company the whole outfit seems abit off.
So they have acknowledged me, will see what comes of it, yet to receive an email directly... and yes I understand the procedure however 2 hard checks and 2 soft checks are clearly visible on my credit file and emails from credit reference report saying it looks like fraudulent behaviour.

Borrowed twice from C4UN whilst repairing my credit. Their underwriting team is thorough in my experience. My score was less than desirable when I took out my first loan, however, they examined my income/expenditure properly so I was able to declare a backpay + increase in wages due the following month. I only borrowed small amounts due to the bad reviews + golden rule, only borrow what you need. I don't think customers have anything to worry about if you can afford to repay your loan. IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH
AVOID - have requested settlement figure and statement of account on numerous occasions but been ignored. There is no summary of borrowing showing online . If you email they will not reply . Trying to set up a repayment plan but being plagued with telephone messages up to 5 times per day despite having informed them of my circumstances. Am now resorting to reporting them to the FOS .

Small loan
Applied for a small loan and for whatever reason the application wasn't allowing me past a certain point. I called the underwriting team who were extremely helpful and provided me with a further link to access the application. I submitted the application and was accepted. Funds into my account the following day. Very polite staff, no hassle and no fuss.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID - TOTALLY USELESS!!!
I was approved for a loan at 9.17am this morning, its now 2pm and still waiting for the money to be paid out!!!
Update: Now 4.pm and still waiting!!
Now these jokers have emailed me to say that the loan is now not approved, this is after they approved it this morning! What an absolute joke of a company they are, they have wasted my whole day waiting for this money to be paid into my account! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Money came in fast. The interest is so high though, but you know what you are paying when you sign up.
If you think you will be late making a payment, ring them as they wont reply to emails.

I don’t get some of bad opinions
I don’t get some of bad opinions. I have few loans in past and always everything was ok. Even when I needed to move payment few days later there was no problem. Sure interest rates are high but you know what you getting.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had…
Honestly the best experience I’ve had with small loan companies. Don’t get me wrong the repayment is higher - but that’s how it is for these things. The staff are knowledgeable and nice. If not a little bit exhausted probably from people screaming at them. But they’ve always done their maximum when I’ve called and are really helpful. Repayment is straightforward and easy, really like it just comes out on my payday to avoid and issues. I think it’s a good platform for poor credit rebuild and the people that work here are genuinely just nice people. Even paying back at loan at a higher APR I’m happy to because of the good service. I think the bad reviews are because they enter a call already raging and expect the staff to just beckon to them and allow being spoken to like crap. As staff for a loan company they need to be firm and forward - their job isn’t to entirely please you no matter what. Out of all the companies I’ve had a loan off this has by far been the best and will continue when I need to borrow again.
