First online valuation is so far away…
First online valuation is so far away from what your car will really be worth. Knocked £1,400 off the value. Offered us £2,600. With a promise of “Offer stands until the weekend” we had a think about it. Wanted a quick sale so went back the next day. To be basically told, we didn’t fully complete the valuation, so cause of that, we’ll knock another £800 pound off, so offer was £1,800. Can’t do their jobs properly. Every valuation is false until you get paid by the looks of it. First guy we dealt with was great and friendly tbf. Couldn’t make the next day. Guy on the phone was a plonker, sounded like a plonker, and is a plonker. Laughing behind the phone at me cause they failed to do their promise and do their jobs right. I.e. do the full and proper valuation. Some look like they’ve had a good experience, mine was a joke. Every day and person is different. So you make the decision :)

Sorry you were not happy with our service.
As discussed with your partner , we rely on the honesty from our customer first, before we carry out a HPI check on vehicles at the completion of a purchase agreement. In this case you hadn’t told us the car had been in a recorded accident. (Your partner didn’t understand why, as you did know about it). This is why the initial offer was changed at the purchase point.

Waste of time
Booked an appointment 2 weeks prior, had reminder email day before, got child care sorted and husband took time off work so we could go to the appointment and noone there. I tried ringing and left a voicemail. After that, they forwarded me to voicemail after half a ring, clearly avoiding the call on purpose. Absolutely furious. Terrible. Avoid (Bristol - Almondsbury branch)

Rude and unprofessional
Booked an appointment a couple of days in advance, based on a favourable quote on the website. Appointment was confirmed by email. Drove 60 miles to the location and the agent wasn't there. Phoned them to be told that they are no longer buying EVs. No phonecall, email or text beforehand to advise me in the meantime.
Rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

In response to the reply, No, there was no missed calls or communication of any kind, and I was told on the phone by the agent that they were not currently buying EV's despite the website quoting for them. Following on from dealing with these cowboys I went to a more established and professional company (Arnold Clark) and had a far better experience

Recently dealt with Chris at Bridgend, the price was lower than quoted online which was expected and a fair price agreed. There was no pressure and the process was well explained, money paid into my bank before 6pm the next day.

Absolutely pathetic was given a online…
Absolutely pathetic was given a online price of £2350 drove the car over 45mins to get to bridgend, the guy took the car out for a drive come back and and offered £600 due to back door not opening from outside (cable has come away from handle)
Was a couple in before us who also walked out when their valuation dropped over £1200
Total piss take i wouldn't recommend any1 to go there to sell your car
