Simon we have dealt with twice both as a buyer and again as a seller and we have dealt with Cayzer on a third occasion on the purchase of a second property. Cayzer kept us well informed and got a sale in a tough market. We feel the Auction could have gone a bit better resukting in having to go to numerous opens which was disruptive but handled very well by our agent.

The attention to our needs and the ability to address them meaningfully and without spin was outstanding. The agent understood both buyer and seller well and had a detailed knowledge of the property and area. I purchased the property I was renting...
Initially I interacted with Michael from Cayzer as the tenant at the property he was enlisted to sell. From that point in time, his communication was prompt and professional and he was extremely respectful of my time and space.
I then worked with Michael to put an offer on the property which was accepted. Through closing, I was well informed and the overall process was seamless. Very happy!

I purchased my apartment with the help of Jordan Gravestein. Jordan was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, approachable, and treated me like a human being, not a commission pay check. I would absolutely have no concerns recommending the team at Cayzer.
