Regarding the valuation of your home, we initially used the tax assessment, but as per The trustees policy for 100% payback with no interest cases, they are required to use the Purview Value. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
We have honored your request to start trustee payments in July, as agreed. However, it's important to settle the outstanding balance of $250 to CCDR as your agreement outlines. We are more than willing to discuss flexible payment options if needed.
