Bad experience

Hi
Before starting, they told me this this like that but I had very bad experience with CCDR company. They did not have complete knowledge about that . My proposal got cancelled. They said we can’t do anything now. They did not tell me too many things how proposal works, sometimes creditor does accept and sometimes they don’t. I paid them fees for this .

I am not happy with this service

I am not happy with this service. I called for assistance at the end of February, 2024. The original person I spoke with was extremely condescending towards me when I protested having to pay a fee beginning in March and I wanted to wait until April. "That's not how the world works".. is a partial quote of what she had to say to me. Her manner and tone had me in tears. I told her at 66 years old there was no need to tell me how the world works. We ended our call. She called me back and in a few minutes and told me to borrow some money from my line of credit to pay them. Which foolishly, I did. I started payment on March 13, of $100 and then on March 28 for an additional 150 -then April $250 and May $250.

They had me sign 2 agreements one for $500 then one for $750 - now they want $1,000. If I could afford all this money, then I wouldn't need help from them.

They also accused me of not telling them how much my house was worth, telling me my house was worth more. I sent them my tax papers from last year and this year and they still haven't apologized for the accusations. I didn't lie.

I agreed to pay the Trustee from July forward. And this month was to be a relief. Now they want an additional $250. I recommend finding a local business to deal with that is trustworthy.

We want to clarify that the total fee for our services was $1000. This included a $250 down payment and three subsequent payments of $250, totaling $1,000.00 which was communicated to you at the onset. You have currently paid a total of $750 towards the total fee.
Regarding the valuation of your home, we initially used the tax assessment, but as per The trustees policy for 100% payback with no interest cases, they are required to use the Purview Value. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
We have honored your request to start trustee payments in July, as agreed. However, it's important to settle the outstanding balance of $250 to CCDR as your agreement outlines. We are more than willing to discuss flexible payment options if needed.
We encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns and explore potential solutions. We value your business and are committed to finding a resolution that works for both of us.
