I was recommended CD Unity by my friend/producer of my mini album, and Tom was nothing but super helpful from start to finish! You can no doubt carry out all of the steps to create your CDs and artwork on the website but Tom kindly talked me through it all via email - including advice to use Canva for the artwork design which turned out great. All in all, a very efficient and effective service - with CDs looking (and hopefully sounding) fantastic when I pop my EP on in the car shortly! 5 out of 5 would use again :)

bank intervened finally to get refund after no delivery, GO ELSEWHERE ASAP poor communication, gaslighting - saying emails been sent and I had failed to check spam, endless leaving messages on answerphones with no response, false selling, they only spoke to male refused to speak to female, stated on one phone call that emphatically CDs would arrive 'tomorrow' did not give tracking number - another week went by - missed all my gig dates where I could have sold merch, infuriating lying, waste of time, space, energy - need to own their shit: reckon they updated their website paid for advertising hence it came to our notice, got flooded with sales - summer coming festivals etc, lost a member of staff or did not expand team ? appalling communication - just be honest - NO product, NO quality, NO delivery - GO ELSEWHERE! So wanted to support a local firm but these guys are not local or even Scottish either - do not trust

We had a bit of a glitch but all got sorted when I phoned Tom (yes, he is a real person!) and the results are perfect CDs, sounding and looking great and delivered safely.

I ordered CDs for a community project, with a fairly inflexible deadline and the team sorted exactly as promised. Everyone was delighted with the product and I appreciated check in from Tom around despatch / delivery etc. making it all a bit more personal.

I have used CD unity for a few years now for physical CD’s of different releases and EP’s, they have been so helpful when it came to putting together the artwork, they did meet quick turnarounds and the quality is good, I have had no issues :)
