I wasn't expecting that I will recieve an original product from cellspare, I was amazed with the product quality It was a 100% geniune back panel for Xiaomi 12 pro

Ordered item #694122 on Dec 1, 2025, from Cellspare.com. No shipping updates came despite repeated emails. They promised dispatch "within a week," then "refund if not shipped by Saturday," and finally on Jan 2, 2026: "Cancellation under process, refund in 3 working days." That was 10+ days ago, no money back, no proof, no response.

UPDATE Jan 17, 2026: Refund is credited to my account on Jan 13 (1 business day after PayU initiation on Jan 12). Total 43 days from order due to non-delivery, broken promises, repeated delays, and WhatsApp pressure to delete this review before funds arrived. Service was poor, major delays and aggressive demand. But issue finally resolved. Use caution for India deliveries from this seller; verify timelines upfront.

After 17 days from ordering, the tracking number is still not active, while the website states that the package would be shipped within 5-7 business days...

Ordered new battery for Asus Zenfone. Item was faulty - and does not work.
Company want me to send back to them for them to look at. However, it is prohibitively expensive to post back to India.

They are worst service providers, Will delay the product delivery and in case you opt for refund.. they have tedious condition ( refund in store points) so you won't be able to use that refund amount anywhere else..

Placed an order from them over 3 months ago, haven't received the item and have been getting constant lies from them in all communications. Contacted them before placing the order to verify "in stock" status, they confirmed. Then it's been nothing but lies and run around since then. Ended up having to file a dispute with the credit card company, since Cellspare's communication saying that they were going to cancel and refund my order was another lie. It's been over 2 weeks and my order status hasn't changed and no refund received (they said 2-3 business days... 2-3 weeks ago). I also told them to cancel the order 2 months ago if they couldn't provide tracking information "by the end of the week". At the end of the week, they provided tracking information, but it has simply said tracking information received since then. They created the tracking information, with no intention of shipping it, to stall and avoid cancelling

I had paid for an ORIGINAL DISPLAY of HONOR X9-5G, But was shipped with a copy of the same and it was defective because of lights coming out of the edges of the display. They refunded a part of the amount and I had to keep the display. From September-2025 the display was working till 17 th-November-2025 which is approximately 2.5 months only .The display stopped responding after 17th November2025. The product quality from Cellspare is of doubtful and and very low quality.
