Very nice shoping experience with egfix. I purchased a display of Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe. I asked about product specification on what's app.
Surprisingly they shared videos of product which helped a lot.
I placed an order and product delivered in 2 days. I recorded a video of packet opening as they instructed.
Found product in good condition as product was well packed. Then tested before installation and it was working very good and installed that display.
Fingerprint also working very smoothly as they claimed.
Overall shopping experience was great and product quality too.

I recently purchased a display replacement combo for my Google Pixel 7 Pro, but I am facing serious issues with the product.

After installation, the fingerprint sensor is not working, and the fingerprint option is completely missing from the settings. Additionally, the package was incomplete as the required tools were not included. The delivery was also delayed.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I request you to kindly arrange a replacement with a complete and fully functional display, or process a full refund.

Please assist me with the return or replacement at the earliest.

Stay away from this fraudulent company. They promised delivery in 2 days, but ut arrived a week later. The OLED display I ordered for my phone was damaged, I sent an email within the same day with proof but they are not responding. When I contacted on WhatsApp, they are barely answering and casually claim they can't accept returns without unboxing video. Bull shit 7 day return policy. To hell with this useless company, don't order from them. All the positive reviews must be fake.

Absolutely worst experience ever. This website is completely unreliable and feels like a scam. They sent a duplicate/low-quality item, and there is no proper return or replacement support. Customer service is either non-responsive or useless.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from egfix.in. Don’t waste your money here you will regret it.

I had ordered s22+ display with frame and back panel by mistake they delivered s23+ display,I had unboxing video of the products they delivered,I contacted them and they resolve the issue within 24 hours and it was totally a hazzle free process. Guided me with for the best available product and delivered the original s22+ display next day. I really appreciate their support and quick response and most important the original products. Thanks alot .

Purchased Motorola display and they send very low quality display and gave irrelevant reasons to deny return, bunch of crooks from Karolbagh are running this website stay away guys after trying to get hold of them for 2 weeks i finally gave up.

One of the worst company , they are running scam , i bought a phone battery they will send you wrong part and when i returned they said part was damaged by you no refund

One item missing in the box. Already sent mail regarding this issue. But not settled till date.

You delivered only cotton box. No display, glue

Didn't get what was mentioned. Online fingerprint sensor was mentioned but it didn't work and I was told to look on YouTube how to do that. It wasn't mentioned online that I need special tool for fingerprint sensor.
