Didn't get what was mentioned. Online fingerprint sensor was mentioned but it didn't work and I was told to look on YouTube how to do that. It wasn't mentioned online that I need special tool for fingerprint sensor.

I had a redmi k20 pro with broken and shattered display with black spots allaround , now i ordered a DISPLAY for this phone from EG fix , dilivery was fast and display was looking gorgeous , smooth touch response , fingerprint working , packaging was good and sturdy recyclable and dilivery time was faster as expected , i ordered parts from this site for the first time and my experience was excellent. I appreciate EG fix for this , very thankful to them .

These people are frauds and scamsters
Editing my review after seeing egfix reply....Hahahaha... these scammers are trying hard to hide their scam. They have people giving them 5 stars but if anyone reads real reviews they will understand how fraud these people are.... I'm not their competition or benefiting from exposing these people.... I'm just a customer whome they sold defective product just like many others... I'll keep posting and exposing this company till they stop doing frauds...
These people are frauds and scamsters. They send you defective products and then they never take it back or refund... NEVER BUY FROM EGFIX.
We should keep exposing these online sites who cheat customers. they post fake reviews giving themselves 5 stars...on reddit also they have a fake account and they keep posting good reviews from the same account on whole reddit... BEWARE OF THEM.

Here we want to mention this review and the customer
The customer ordered a back glass panel for the Google Pixel 6 in Black colour, which was delivered to them. However, after delivery, they found that the product was slightly larger.
He raised a return request, but as per our terms and conditions, "PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION" to return a product.
We agree that he has to install a back panel to find out about the size, but when the size is bigger, he should remove the back panel and reapply the adhesive protective film on the back side of the back glass panel.
However, instead of doing this, he had already installed it and used the back glass panel.
So, as per our policy when we rejected his return request. This gentleman said he was going to expose us on Social media, and we said very politely
"You are a customer and you can do what you feel is right"
After that, he created an account on Reddit to create a post about our website and used abusive words and commented under all posts which are about our website
As a seller or e-commerce company, negative reviews are also a part of business, but this customer is posting so many negative reviews about our business and also posting some personal comments, just because of his egoistic nature
In his earlier review, he also mentioned negative things about the consumer court and the genuineness of this review platform. His views are so negative about everything. So it will not be a wonder if we receive another negative review from this user.
