My experience with this company (EGFix) has been extremely disappointing. Over a year ago, I ordered an S Pen, but the product I received was incompatible with my device. After repeated complaints, they picked up the incorrect item, but I have only received a partial refund—about one-third of the original amount that too after an year. Despite numerous follow-ups, the refund process was slow and frustrating. Communication was poor, with long stretches during which the team did not answer calls or respond to messages.

They initially assured me of sending the correct product, then blamed supplier issues, and later claimed the product was no longer available. Strangely, the same product is still listed on their website, which feels dishonest and untrustworthy.

Additionally, EGFix operates another storefront called BringUAll, which sells similar products. Both these domains are managed by the same company and have poor ratings, with BringUAll receiving about 53% one-star reviews on Amazon, indicating widespread customer dissatisfaction. Operating multiple domains with overlapping inventory seems intended to confuse customers and avoid accountability.

After more than a year with zero satisfactory resolution, I strongly urge potential buyers to exercise caution and carefully research before purchasing from EGFix or its affiliated domains. My experience shows a pattern of inadequate customer support, partial refunds only, and misleading business practices.

In response to the merchant’s clarification, I’d like to correct several inaccuracies and add more context.

First, it is untrue that I contacted EGFix only after a year. From the moment I received the wrong product, I repeatedly called and messaged them(after reverse pickup), but most of my messages went unanswered for months. Their claims about prompt follow‑up and next‑day shipping are false. I don't ahve a way to add what's app screenshots here or I would have done that. I have added the same to the google review.

Second, when the incorrect item was originally picked up, I was told the product came from a third‑party supplier and that they would not issue a refund because it wasn’t their direct fault. I fail to see why the end customer should suffer for the company’s supplier issues.

Third, after a year of constant follow‑ups, the so‑called “correct” product they finally sent was of terrible quality — clearly a duplicate. I paid around 3,500 INR for it, but this duplicate s-pen's nib sinks inside while writing and was completely unusable. I threw it away rather than return it and risk them passing it to another buyer. Their stance that they were “doing me a favour” while keeping most of my money is unacceptable and misleading.

Lastly, even for the partial refund of around 1,000 INR, they insisted that I first take down my review. I had to involve relatives in their city and was preparing for a police complaint before they processed that partial amount.

My experience underscores ongoing issues with accountability and product authenticity. I stand by my warning — please be cautious when purchasing from EGFix or BringUAll.

Plus always check the Amazon Storefont and Reddit reviews as well. This is where I made a mistake.

Don’t waste your money on this website. They deliberately hide product details and mislead customers. I recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra AMOLED Display Panel for ₹12,000, and what I received was absolute junk. The bezels were way too thick, completely cutting off the actual screen area.

Before placing the order, I even spoke with their support team and asked very clearly if there were any issues with the product. They gave me full assurance that it would be perfect and original. Based on that false promise, I trusted them and made the purchase.

When the product arrived and I confronted them about the defects, their excuse was ridiculous: “Sir, it’s a copy. The original will cost you ₹20,000.” In reality, it’s not even a proper copy of the original just a badly made replica that doesn’t match the real display size.

This is nothing but a scam operation. They lie, they hide the truth, and they take advantage of customers. No professionalism, no accountability, only excuses after taking your money.

Even they offer me 2k as partital refund to take down this review
Avoid this website at all costs. If you value your money and sanity, buy from a trusted seller instead.

Egfix is one of the biggest scam website pls do not trust them, I made an order for dji mini2 gimbal cable, according to website they said it will be delivered in 4 days, I have been waiting more than 3 months now. my order id is 32546, do not get trapped into this fake website
