I really like using this firm. We’ve been to the shop to look at paint and pigments for our lime render. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Since covid we’ve used he website more and also their version of click and collect We’ve had cosy-wool insulation And wood wool board delivered. The ordering is quick and simple, the delivery prompt. I recommend them to everyone.

Pleasant to work with, no strong poisonous odour. You have to do some sanding afterwards but, still better to use than most others.

Delivered quickly, product was easy to fit and seems to be doing the job it is designed to do.

The service and delivery cannot be faulted. We've used them twice now and have no hesitation in recommending Celtic Sustainables. They also have excellent PDF guides which helped us decide what we needed.

Their driver ignored delivery instructions of leaving my parcel outside the gate. Instead he left it with the neighbour. He left a card with nothing on it except "1 parcel left 5!" I emailed the company and was told he was probably busy, which told me they condoned his behavior.

I ordered two water butt taps which arrived very promptly and in good condition.

This is a seriously great product, from a company that obviously knows what it is doing. Very fast delivery for a reasonable cost too. The wool is fantastic to work with, tears by hand and holds its shape surprisingly well. The fact that it is an environmentally sound product is the main incentive for me, but the quality and effectiveness makes it a no-brainer even if that is not the top priority. p.s. the cosy warm flock of sheep smell is a lovely bonus :-)

Thermafleece cosywool insulation. Was looking for something primarily for acoustic insulation but also easy to handle and not likely to cause skin problems. This product proved to be excellent. I was particularly pleased by the helpful data sheets on the website which gave me details of the material which are not commonly available for other products without calling or emailing the supplier. Material proved to be really good quality and very easy to use. I ordered more almost immediately after receiving the first batch and shall use it regularly in future.
Delivery was on schedule and unproblematic.

I only have one tiny niggle (with communications about delivery). On each occasion I received an email saying the order had been dispatched and providing a tracking link. The tracking link did not work in my browser but displayed the source code of the email instead. Furthermore, when I extracted the delivery number from the email and typed it into the delivery company site they claimed no knowledge of it. I contacted customer service and discovered that they email is sent when the order is packed, not when it is picked up by the delivery service. 24 hours later, entering the code on the delivery site worked (though the link never did). But that's a tiny issue really.
