Excellent budget review meeting this week. Regional manager explained everything well and was very professional . Also very understanding of the residents.

My wife and I stayed in the guest room at Cooper Lodge, Frinton, whilst visiting my parents. The room was very well kept, fresh, clean and comfortable. All one could ask for. Thanks to the Manager.

We go to Mortimer Lodge in Bridgnorth a few times a year, and Fiona is great. She's friendly, helpful and always available. The reception and lounge area is clean and inviting, and there's a lovely, friendly community feel to it. We would definitely recommend Mortimer Lodge.

We have visited Mortimer Lodge frequently with our pop up gift shop over the last few years. We have always found the site to be very welcoming, with lovely residents and Manager Fiona is very helpful . The property is always immaculately presented.

Jane the Lodge Manager at Connecticut Lodge Hertford has been so very helpful in welcoming Mum to the Lodge.
Jane always greets us when we visit with a smile and always has time for a chat…..nothing is a problem for Jane to sort out.

The care that the lodge manager at Chelmer Lodge in Chelmsford has shown recently to my mum has made such a difference to a difficult situation. Following a fall in her apartment my mother was distressed and alone while waiting for an ambulance. I was several hours away and the manager immediately responded by going to her apartment and waited with her. This is not the first time such care has been shown to my mother and I am deeply appreciative and reassured for her consideration and care in what are challenging and upsetting situations.

I look after my mother’s apartment at Minster Court in Lichfield, and Steve Humberstone, the Lodge Manager, has been a real help. When the apartment’s windows had been left open with rain on the way, he let me know straight away. He passes messages on to the RTM directors promptly, keeps me updated, and is always friendly and quick to respond. Looking after a property you don’t live in is much easier with someone like Steve on site. Thank you, Steve.

Our Lodge Manager has made living here at Orchard Lodge an extremely pleasant experience. He is always willing to help whenever he can and he is caring and understanding.
I am perfectly happy with my apartment which I have personalised and feels like home.
Our location in Calne opposite a local Sainsbury's is very convenient.

We've lived at Fordwich Place for about 3 years and were without a Lodge Manager for a considerable time last year, due to a period of sick leave. When Nina took over several months ago, she was like a breath of fresh air. Friendly and helpful at all times and eager to get to grips with the issues that had gone unattended to during the previous Lodge Manager's absence. Whether it be addressing minor maintenance issues or more serious matters like a fire safety review, she has taken these all in her stride and residents can now see that there is an on-site Manager who really cares about their welfare and safety and the upkeep of the building and grounds.

Here at Hubert Lodge our Lodge Manager efficiently carries out her duties year in year out and Owners have come to experience this without necessarily fully appreciating the competence and efficiency which makes for the smooth 'running' of the Lodge. Particularly, the recent Budget for 2026/2027, demonstrated that Antriana (supported by Area Manager Natalie King) successfully negotiated future expenditure, producing figures, which for me were entirely acceptable. Despite criticism in other Retirement facilities, the Annual Service Charge here remains reasonable and affordable, largely, as mentioned above, from Antriana's efforts. So, thank you Antriana for doing all that you do.

I just wanted to mention the lodge manager at Watling Lodge. My mum, who lives there, is always telling me how helpful she is in sorting out any issues or worries my mum has had. It is very reassuring for me to know that she has someone there who is looking out for her.

Clay arranged the order and provided a professional, knowledgeable and efficient service throughout. Having worked with Forbes previously, he understood the development’s requirements and recommended appliances that were well suited to the residents’ needs.
The Miele machines are reliable, straightforward to operate and easy for residents to use, helping to make everyday laundry tasks as simple and convenient as possible.

We have received such wonderful service,help and support from Helen at Copperfields. She has been so kind and helpful and full of useful information. Very grateful.

We have recently undertaken some major works at Hale Lodge and I have to say that the residents were so accommodating and understanding of what we had to achieve within the timescale given. Unfortunately the long term weather forecast was going to be a hinderance but after speaking with the lodge manager Sarah, who was brilliant btw, we were able to step up the programme and deliver a little bit earlier than first thought. Our work is intrusive but the lodge manager delt weather issue well and explained what we were going to do and all was good, without her we would probably have ran over. Thank you Sarah it was a pleasure working with you for the short time we were there. Thank you to everyone at Hale lodge for being so understanding and helpful, the cakes were delicious!

I played an interactive keyboards/ singing session with the residents of Beecham Lodge Cirencester. Kim( Estate Manager) was the host who put on a wonderful spread for the residents. It was a wonderful atmosphere 👏 ❤️

My mum was very anxious about moving from her home in Swindon where she had lived for the last 65 years. It's now the best thing she has done! The Lodge Manager, Jo, is so supportive and the scheme is a lovely please to live. She has been made to feel very welcome and enjoys the company of the other leseholders and the activities. She initially had a problem with the phone that connects to the outside door, this was resolved quickly and to her satisfaction. I would highly recommend Trewin Lodge, Yate to anyone.
