Cereal Killer Cafe Avis 

The only thing that I don’t like is the Cereal expiry date, I received my order today Feb 20, 2023 the expiry date is on 30 March,2023 !!

Order placed 05th Feb with 48 hour delivery. 28 plus emails later and no delivery. Utter garbage. Sent my number with every email. They claimed package on the way with Yodel - Tracking No JJD0002247004109402 and that I had opted to do 'Local Collection'. also utter garbage. What is even more annoying is tat I am previous customer. They get 1 star because I couldn't give them 0 stars. And as for customer service, those two words don't belong in the same sentence with this company! DO NOT USE!!!!!!

I've been missing and craving for Ricicles since they were outlawed and went extinct in the UK in 2018. Kelloggs Frosted Krispies are the same but in disguise. I placed the order of 2 boxes (not cheap but I've missed them so much!!) They came within 2 days of ordering and we're exactly as described.

No issues with the site, order or delivery. Yes there is a short shelf life on the box but I knew that when ordering...and they won't last that long!

They used to be good but there prices are outrageous nearly ten pound for cereal go on American fizz 5.99 a box

No problems, packed well and received quickly! Great cereal! Thank god for you! Also cereal is not overpriced, postage is a little high but I guess depends how much you want the cereal. Thank you and as for bad reviews saying bad dates, the dates are on the pages when you order.

Ordered from these guys and never received the goods! I tried contacting them, only to be simply ignored - customer service is a joke. Do not order from these guys as you won't get your order and you probably wont get your money back either.

I don’t normally review places, but this time I had to. I decided to purchase their own brand of cereals from their website. I purchased 2 boxes and I opted for the more expensive next day delivery option, this came to over £26! This is ridiculous in itself but I decided to proceed with the order as it’s good to support small businesses.

I placed my order and all seemed okay. However my cereal did not arrive the next day. I wrote an email at around 2:30 PM to the company, asking if it was going to be delivered that day, however I had no response for at least 24 hours. The next day after that comes along and the cereals do arrive. So having paid extra for next day delivery, was completely unnecessary as the other delivery option was much cheaper and offered a 48 hour service. So, I received a reply email on the 3rd day basically saying tough luck about it being late, so I asked if it would be possible to receive a refund for the difference in delivery prices as they did not deliver on the promise of next day delivery. But I was simply ignored and still haven’t received a response.

However, after paying over £26 I wanted to try these cereals. To be completely honest, the cereals are gross. They have completely cheaped out on packaging, the box is almost paper thin and the plastic bag the cereal is in has an awful plasticky smell.

The cereal itself was dry and hard, with little to no flavour apart from overwhelming sweetness.

Thoroughly disappointed in their customer service, their product is way over priced and the cereal itself is unappetising.

Don’t make the mistake of wasting your money here, they could have at least apologised.

I was pleasently surprised when I signed up for their monthly subscription and received a load of great cereal. Some I knew were great, others, I found out were much better than I expected.
I did have to cancel the subscription due to dietary changes. But I still find room to order a few things once in a while.
It can be a bit confusing when you first order, because notification do not show up as cereal killer, and their carrier is yodel, but I found that I could always track everything and never had any issues, so far.
The cereal choices are very good and they have all my favourites, and I'm quite fond of the pop tart options as well. I will say that I don't quite get the cereal toppers though, cereal is its own topping for me.
I ordered their recipe book and was surprised to find savory recipes in there. I haven't tried any yet, but they all look really good.

Cereal arrived fairly quickly and was decently packaged in a plain brown box. However, I was confused when I started receiving email alerts that a parcel from "STARTUP LOGISTICS" was going to be delivered as I didn't recognise that name - only to discover it was actually this order from Cereal Killer Café - doesn't seem very professional to me. Also, they use Yodel as their delivery partner. Yodel is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Fortunately on this occasion my delivery was okay, but I have had an awful experience with them in the past, and I refuse to deal with any companies who send items with Yodel. On this basis alone, I will not be ordering from Cereal Killer Café again.

I ordered a subscription box as a Christmas gift believing it would arrive in a branded box with details etc (as I saw online in other reviews) especially due to the high cost. I asked if it could be disguised in some way as it was a gift for my partner. What arrived was a standard brown cardboard box with 3 slightly battered boxes of cereal inside, with no other packaging, no subscription details, no cereal details etc. I couldnt give it as a gift like that so emailed cereal killer to explain and to ask if they could at least send me a branded box as very close to christmas. 3 days later and not even an acknowledgement of my email so I have cancelled the subscription!

Ordered several boxes of assorted cereal from their site, all were marked “in stock”. A week later I then check up since nothing has arrived and the order is listed as “processing”. Another week goes by and the order still listed as “processing”. Fed up, I email them and ask them to cancel the order......a week goes by and no reply and no refund....so I file a claim with PayPal and am refunded within a couple of days...but no email to explain the delay to my order or why they ignored my email.
Definitely won’t be ordering anything more from this site.

Love this site - always has what you want in stock, have offers at random times and have no problems with them at all.
