Chancellors - Hampstead Avis 

They leased us a property without telling us that it didn't have broadband or telephone connectivity. When we complained, they washed their hands of us and refused to help. They even had the cheek to pressure us into giving a five star review on Trustpilot. Estate agents will be estate agents.

My husband and I met with Oliver Lewis from chancellors regarding the sale of a retirement flat. We liked Oliver immediately. He was friendly, professional, well informed and clear about how he would work with us to get the best outcome in terms of speed and price.
We felt we were in very safe hands and left him to market the property and find a buyer.
Oliver found a buyer really quickly, but through no fault of his, the buyer changed their mind. Oliver then found another buyer and we have just completed.
Throughout the process we were kept well informed by the whole chancellors team, you were never left wondering what was happening and they kept things moving by chasing all the relevant parties to meet deadlines.
Don't go anywhere else, just use Chancellors. I only wish they did business in Luton as we are trying to sell our house!

Emily showed me around the property and made me aware of the key features, was very well informed and could answer all of the queries that I had at the viewing. She has been incredibly responsive and pro-active throughout the negotiations with the landlord and securing our letting and it has been a pleasure liaising with her. We have been very impressed with her throughout the process and she has continued to go above and beyond with negotiations with the landlord on our behalf. Overall it has been a very good experience securing the letting with Chancellors and specifically Emily.
