Chancellors in Sunbury were brilliant at providing weekly updates when the flat was on the market and giving feedback after viewings. Once the flat was under offer, they were always very quick at contacting me with any information they had for me or needed from me to ensure the sale completed as quickly as possible. Would thoroughly recommend and NEVER go with Purple Bricks! I got in contact with Chancellors after I saw a leaflet in my postbox from them about reimbursing me for the fee I paid Purple Bricks and even after that, Chancellors put me on a better deal than this as they would always keep me informed of their latest marketing/promotions on commission rates. This just goes to show how great value for money Chancellors in Sunbury really are, so would highly recommend them to anyone. Their knowledge on the property market and of Sunbury as well as all the surrounding areas is second to none as well.
