Helpful Staff (during a stressful time)
Olivia Hesson was instrumental in locating funds and reassuring all parties that all was well, when my tenant was in arrears. She was kind and professional on the phone, listened to my concerns, then jumped right in and found the wrongly referenced rental deposit. Phew.

Helpful and polite staff
The staff are very helpful and polite, answer any questions you may have with expediancy and accurately as and when required. Although the overall sale did take longer than anticipated this was not the fault of Chancellors.

Kathy and Kallee have been brilliant…
Kathy and Kallee have been brilliant from start to finish. This has been the best experience we’ve had working with an estate agency. They were not only quick to respond, often outside regular hours, but also incredibly supportive and easy to work with throughout. Even outside typical hours, they stayed on top of everything and kept us updated without us having to chase. We felt well guided at every stage, which made the whole process far less complicated.
Thanks to their speed, attention to detail and support, we were able to complete in just three weeks, something we didn’t think was possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
