Chancellors - Virginia Water Avis 

Matt and the team at Chancellors in Virginia Water have provided an excellent service in the sale of my property. He has kept me updated regularly, both by email and phone, on the progress of the sale, which I have really appreciated, and has provided an overall professional and friendly service throughout.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Chancellors, Tom Orchard and his team provided a great service from start to finish.

The whole process was explained and it made our move simple and hassle free.

We sold our house via Chancellors, Virginia Water and this was mainly due to the quality service provided Emily Clint when she joined the branch some 3 months into our agreement. Emily was proactive, engaging and professional during all viewings which resulted in several offers for our now previous home. She was also incredibly responsive, tenacious and motivated to see through the sale in what turned out to be a challenging chain process. We would like to record our sincere thanks to Emily for all her efforts which enabled us to purchase our forever home and would highly recommend her services in the future.

Thomas Orchard and Emily Clint are really nice and helpful. Thomas and Emily work really hard and reply to emails and phone calls instantly, respecting all customers questions and queries, regardless of whether they get a sale or not. They helped us to buy a property in Virginia Water. They both are really approachable and experts in their field. They have a lot of local knowledge and are a really friendly team. I found Chancellors Virginia Water to be professional, friendly and helpful. I liked the manner especially of Emily who was very attentive and positive.

The Chancellors personnel involved with achieving the sale did a fantastic job and were supportive under what were at times quite difficult personal circumstances for me. In hindsight I would elect to use my own solicitor and not be channelled down Chancellor's 'Lifetime Legal' route. I found the Client Services team to be fairly helpful and the frequent Marketing updates of some interest. The automated feedback from viewings lacked detail. Some uninformed calls from the Sales team did not add value.

Emily was a pleasure to deal with. She was very organised and arranged viewings to our requirements. She took time to understand what we were looking for. She was able to provide all the relevant background details of the three properties and the surrounding area and was very professional. Above all she had a lovely nature and very personal approach - thank you for your time Emily much appreciated.

I received excellent Customer Service from the Virginia Waters branch. Emily showed me several properties and was very helpful during the viewings and came prepared with information about the properties. Emily quickly ascertained my requirements and went above and beyond to show me additional properties which were not on the agenda for viewings on a particular day. Emily presented each property positively and with a smile.

I can't speak for the rest of the group, but Emily was fantastic.

We'd tried an online agent and had been let down by a sale falling through. So we thought we'd give the local guys a try. Emily understood our predicament and urgency of sale. She was straight on the case getting viewings booked in, making sure they understood the situation (and not just getting anyone through the door).

My experience was professional and straight forward especially during Covid times. Emily provided good information about the property, she was open and very friendly. It was my first time viewing a property on my own and I appreciate how simple it was especially how accommodating she and the home owners were when I had to change the date of the viewing because of work commitments.

Emily Clint from the Virginia Water branch absolutely saved the day today...she dealt with an issue where exchange of contracts and completion suddenly didn’t happen and the chain was at risk of falling apart.
