I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed on your website. Despite waiting for the stipulated delivery time, I have not yet received my order. Additionally, I have not been refunded the money I paid for this purchase.

Never received order. Placed with "expedited shipping". No email responses from company. If you got roped in to reccuring charges get a new debit card, or turn transactions off on your card when you know they'll try and charge it. Report to BBB.

I was really excited to try this! I ordered on 10/31/23, website states that you’ll get tracking info usually within a day or so. That never happened. I emailed them about 6 times to see what the issue was as my order showed “paid” for the longest. I NEVER received a response! Just LAST night, 12/5/23 I got an email stating it shipped. I still haven’t received a single response to ANY of my emails.
Save your money, this is a SCAM!

Total scam. Doesn't work and they continue charging me months after i cancelled my subscription despite me emailing me dozens of times to stop payments and get my money back. Absolutely no reply despite saying they offer returns and refunds and that they respond within 24 hours. They've now stolen hundreds of dollars from my bank account. Disgusting.

Total scam!!!!!!!!!!!! They sent my order, the delivery company returned it to them because they mislabeled the contents of the package and now they will not respond to emails. I tried to call but after three rings, the phone hangs up. I never received the product - they are a bogus company!!!!!!!!!

i spent $204.89 on 6/2/23. i got a notice saying my package should be delivered 6/26-7/13. i wrote a review on 7/19 because i had gotten no emails and no tracking updates. they took it down. it is 7/31 and still no update. i put in a late parcel inquirery on 7/19 and still nothing. it’s a scam. don’t waste your money here

If you're looking for a company that excels in the art of miscommunication, look no further! This company has taken it upon themselves to redefine 'customer service'. Instead of, you know, answering queries about my order, they decided to embark on a thrilling interrogation about my chargebacks. Because that's exactly what I contacted them for, right? I must have missed the memo where it said "Please ignore customer's questions and deflect with irrelevant inquiries".

They effortlessly dodged my actual question faster than a gazelle running from a cheetah. The audacity is honestly impressive. I'm left in awe of their ability to completely miss the point.

If you're looking for answers about your order, I'd recommend asking a magic 8-ball. Chances are, you'll get a more relevant response.

No issues with delivery or checkout currently on 2nd bottle

I've used this product for well over 6 months and it does work. From dark brown eyes to amber. That said they recommend buying a bottle a month as one will last you a month, however I am only on my second bottle... I have three unopened bottles and have emailed them a month ago asking if they'd take it back as I don't need them for a refund as it is a lot of money. haven't heard anything back from them. I even forwarded the email onto another email address of theirs and a week later still nothing.
UPDATE: They took my last review down because they cannot be bothered to resolve the issue.

It's been over 5 months since I purchased and it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed but customer service is non existent.

I’m only writing a review regarding shipping, it did take a long time, however, they came from Australia, so that explains the wait, they did email me with updates. I haven’t tried them yet. I will rewrite a review after a month if use.

Never respond to emails. I have ordered before and it was a success. When I decided to cancel my subscription, things started getting sketchy with my last order. I emailed them several times. It's going on 2 months and I'm still waiting on my final order. Order#10235

Received today, veeery long shipping, two months or so,packaging looks very cheap, I ordered 5boxes every box printed in different ink shade and poor quality , eye drops bottles look different from what advertised on website, labels are very tiny, looks like made somewhere in the basement, not factory made, don’t even know if safe to use.hope i wont go blind. Will change feedback if works
Labels are partially peeled off from bottles and nearly falling off , one bottle missing half the label, no box inserts, no expiration dates either, bottles have rough ridges of plastic
Suspicious quality

In general, I buy lenses very often, because I am an actress and I often have to adapt to the role. I liked the quality of goods in this store, in other stores I always faced the fact that my eyes were watery, but this was not the case with changemyeyes. Overall, I'm very happy that I found this store.

I bought myself blue lenses and I am very glad that I decided. I love the way my eyes look now, I'm delighted. I don't want to change my eye color with surgery, but you helped me do it without it and it doesn't hurt.

Always very courteous, never demanding, always willing to help with any problems.

I bought green lenses and eye drops here. This is just a find for me. I always liked green so much and didn't like my gray eyes, but now I wear these lenses almost every day and I'm delighted

Although I sincerely didn't have any expectations, the boys performed flawlessly in every manner. I send them my best wishes for joy and success.

I get along well with everyone I've worked with. Each person went out of their way to make sure I knew about and understood what they did.
