Unsatisfactory experience
Whilst i agreed to pay your 2 initial charges of £1 and £22 you then presented a third charge of £35 for ongoing monthly consultancy which wasn't agreed and I am still awaiting reimbursement. We will not use the service again and wouldn't recommend.

Took 4 days to get to people who have made appointment to come. When they finally answered GLORIA was fantastic she quickly booked me in for this coming tuesday.
I rang several times to get a nan to answer 20, 45 mins on different days till i was so fed up.

Quick & Useful response
Quick response. Expert understood the 3 different problems we had with our new android phones and clear instructions were sent on how to resolve them. We managed to recover the phones so that we were no longer plagued with the problems. Would use this service again but surprised that EE customer service would use external experts that need to charge for their services. Our phones are less than 2 months old!!
