The just the answer was right first…
The just the answer was right first time as when I felt much better I proceeded to use his words he wrote firstly under connections, it was down once I used the wire from printer to laptop everything came back to life. I’m very happy with his writing to me most wouldn’t had bothered . Thank you kindly hopefully I will not need any person from answer again but it I do hopefully I can get in touch with him again.

The information given was no help. I phoned Apple directly and after two useless attempts I got someone who fixed the problem directly.
And I paid you almost £60 for the pleasure.
I will not be recommending you to anyone.

A very helpful lady listened carefully to my problem, tried a number of ways to help and after a about 40 to 60 minutes,managed to get me access to my emails.

Contacted them with a question about…Resetting my Father's email account - scam!
Contacted them with a question about help resetting my elderly father's Yahoo email account. Described the problem in detail and what I had tried to do.
The technician offered me the same actions as I had already tried, so no help there.
Gave my credit card details for the £1 trial subscription offered. 3 days later, they took an unauthorised £35 from my credit card. Contacted my credit card for help but they confirmed the company had taken the £35 and cancelled my subscription. Could not get in touch with the company.
DO NOT TOUCH CHATWITHTECHSUPPORT THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
