I only needed a simple fix, but Nathan talked me through cleaning the paper rollers on my printer which I'd never done before. Very straightforward for me to follow, so if I can do this at 80 years old, anyone can!

It was great advice although was surprised that had to pay when a sky member
Was very helpful advice which worked first time. Josh was spot on However I was surprised that as I was a sky member I had to pay. Apart from that I was very happy with the outcome and quickly getting my broadband WiFi to work giving sky access in my other rooms with Q boxes.
