Promised refund not received
When talking initially on the chat I was told that I had to pay £35 for a phone call for them to be able to phone me and sort it out.
The phone call was not made as the agent was able to deal with the problem on the chat, BUT the £35 was taken from my card anyway. I contacted them straight away and was told it would be refunded which it wasn't. So I contacted them again in writing but have received neither a reply nor refund.

Connected with chat_with_tech_support website passed to me by LG Customer Care website, for a problem with our LG TV, having lost all its usual channels on the TV Guide option. Kelvin talked me through the options, and assisted me to re-tune the TV and all was corrected, and now working fine

I have already written a review for Nathan so I don't want to repeat it. He is an excellent Tech expert, and in my own case was very willing to take an elderly client who finds it very difficult to cope with the rapid changes that have taken place and who cannot get AI at all.
