My experience with cheapBB guns was extremely smooth. They kept me up to date with my order and offered me a Better product at no extra cost as the one I had chosen was out of stock. They also have thrown in free ammo for the inconvenience

Great website great prices however I can't talk to much as I haven't received my gun yet but only reason I gave 3 stars is because
1. the website didn't tell me how long my delivery will be
2. There's not much other stuff on here.
3. the description doesn't tell you much about what the gun does or doesn't come with

Damaged stock and has been returned that’s it….I contacted the customer service by email nothing more than 48hrs a refund thanks what’s the hold up £20 anyway so it’s not a big loss standard.

I’ve opened the website and see 10% if do you subscribe to the newsletter and a free fun I’d do you spend over £40

Did not receive the email with the discount code, gave a try to order a £140 pistol and no free gun.

Sent a email to them, no answers.

I ordered my purchase 11 days ago and still haven’t received my items. I have emailed the service team and was send a reply saying that couriers are busy at the moment which I appreciate and that I would be sent a tracking number. 4 days later and still nothing. This is my first time buying from here and I’m really disappointed.

I have just received an email with the tracking number. Thank you so much, unfortunately the email arrived over 3 hours after the item has been delivered so your reply is a bit pointless now, 5 days ago when you confirmed my email and said you would sent a tracking number would of been helpful.
I have now received the items and am happy with the things I brought, this is why I’m changing from a 1 star to a 2 star, but your reply is misleading. I first emailed you 7 days after purchase as your website said to do, I then received a reply 2 days later saying that you would look into the order and send me a tracking number. 5 more days have past and this morning I received the items and then around 2.30 this afternoon I got an email with a tracking number.

I bought a nice gift for my brother's 26th birthday, however what is the point if it didn't arrive on time?
1st email comes a week after my order to let me know that they don't have the particular product in stock anymore, and I had to pick a replacement one.
It took another week until someone else picked it up to send a replacement.
Lastly, almost 2 more weeks for the product to be shipped.
I've asked for a tracking number, but was not provided with this.
The whole ordeal took the whole month of October.
The product may be okay, however shipping times, transparency over tracking your shipment, and customer satisfaction are not strong points for this company.
If you are planning to buy your grandsons, nephews, sons/daughters from CheapBB Guns for Christmas, please go somewhere else.

So far so good first time ordering but I recon I will be back.
