Mis-advertising that they will send item in 3-4 days to get the order and your money but still waiting.
Item i wanted not in stock.
Waiting for alternative but worse option
Wish i had looked at these terrible reviews in detail rather than overall rating as many say the same,,,no stock, no feedback, waiting weeks for product. They cannot be bothered to email back. It is not that difficult to write an update to customers.

This place is an absolute joke I orderd a gun 5 days ago to get an email saying the gun I ordered is out of stock so they said I can choose a replacement Wich I have 2 days later still not had and email confirming my order has been sent out what a joke

I ordered on Jan 18th..
Received everything today Friday 4th Feb.
Took forever but it all came so you can trust them,just expect a wait.. Also emails did get replied to eventually..All in all quality goods,good price and totally epic BB guns.

Fast, good communication and ready to use website

Items all received. Gun, tub of BB pellets and the targets. After two weeks I was messaged to say the gun I ordered had gone out of stock, however they offered me an upgrade to a different gun that was slightly more expensive, at no extra cost. I checked out the gun before accepting and it was worth a bit more so it was a good deal and the gun is solid and powerful and I'm happy with the result.

Awful company, ordered a BB gun on 48 hour delivery, waited a whole week, emailed them asking what’s happening and they said that it is out of stock after they took my payment for it. Didn’t bother to let me know or contact me, they would reply to my emails within 5 minutes each time, then I demanded a refund and then heard nothing, this is now my 3rd day of waiting for an email back after I asked for a refund

Didn’t received a tracking number or my items with in the time stated also didn’t get a reply until weeks later and when I did I was informed the items I ordered was out of stock items that are worth more was offered in replace but still haven’t received them after confirming id take the replacement items

Site could do with updated stock would be great to prevent ordering items that are unavailable and to receive tracking number once order has been confirmed and a reply in the stated time

Absolutely shambles of a company, placed order, informed me out of stock a week later, after payment was taken offered a different one at no extra cost, I accepted, had to chase them constantly for 3 weeks, received the same email whenever I emailed them, always stating they take up to 48hrs to reply, arrived day before Xmas eve, after insisting I had a tracking number, received no apology whatsoever, after all the hassle, can fully understand why there is no phone number to contact them, check all reviews on all sites and make your own mind up

Bought a gun for my Grandson on the basis of 48 hr delivery, after 5 days I sent an email asking where it was, they apologised and said it would be sent that day on 48hr delivery. 12 days later still no gun, not even a tracking number, asked Paypal to step in for a refund. They offer free BB's in exchange for a 5* rating, even tried to bribe me with this after a shocking service, otherwise I'm sure it would all be 1* Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very easy to use there site but I'm new today so we will have to wait until items arrive but so far so good
