We are regular customers with Cheetah Cars. As usual we were very pleased with service, driver was polite and helpful. Booking process is dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner.

We decided to book a car to the airport because we just didn't want to have to worry about public transport. We rescheduled our flight and changing our reservation was super easy. Derek got to our rental 15 minutes early and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Everything ran perfectly and we can confidently recommend them!

The driver arrived on time, was polite and welcoming. The driver drove carefully and arrived at the destination without any problems.

The driver called several times to make sure that he found me. He took my suitcases and carried them to the car. He made sure that I was comfortable in the car and moved the front seat forward so that my long legs had enough room. The trip was delightful as we drove by famous buildings. He dropped me off at the hotel and made sure that everything was fine. He even remembered that it was my birthday the next day! The price was great for the peace of mind of not having to deal with public transport. The booking process was really easy and there were confirmation emails and an email on the day to confirm the pick up time.

I was reluctant to take a taxi to the airport given how expensive it is. But had too many bags and couldn’t take the train. Cheetah was reasonable in price, prompt in picking me up, and the driver was kind enough to let me know about the traffic situation and helped me with my bags. Pick up was smooth. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a taxi to get to Heathrow!
