I was waiting as per usual a long time to have my scripts filled - I was sitting on the chairs provided. This one staff member kept walking past and sighing and then huffing and puffing - she was an older staff member with glasses - rude as - then another lady came to help her take the boxes out - they constantly whinged and the older lady spoke about another worker and said just lazy . Not good for public to hear this talk. If they have a problem talk about away from the public - not a good look - Singleton store

Disgraceful customer service and experience at Manly Chemist Warehouse store in Sydney.
Just to get another two very normal, basic prescribed inhalers the second time, just a less than 10-minute job for the pharmacist to pick up, (another local pharmacy store took just 3 mins).
I waited more than 40 minutes at the counter like an idiot and let everyone in the queue pass by, and I had to cancel another appointment I needed to go before sunset due to the long wait. And this is the second time experience. Have no beef with any staff before, and I am always polite.
But the pharmacist seemed deliberately slowed down to my order to just let me wait longer, deal with other orders first and put my order behind others till I countered him the second time.
I can understand he is careless because the store is a monopoly and he has been working there for a long time and is facing many customers, but I cannot understand and explain his outrageous different treatment and the experience the second time, as I have no beef with him or anyone ever.
This is the second time and it was very obvious terrible treatment and attitude targeted to specfic ethinics. So surely this pharmacist is a racist and terrible guy that need to be avoided.
Yes the prices are higher at this store.

Go somewhere else - it will be less frustrating
Online app is rubbish. I have tried to reset my password hundreds of times - I never get a reset email but I am flooded with advertising from them. Tried to fix it through their helpline - blamed it on a new system. I went online because the service instore is incredibly slow. I used the texting script service and they never fulfil the script or notify me why they haven't fulfilled the script. They don't reply to emails asking why a script wasn't fulfilled. When you ask them about it in store, they don't seem to know how their own online prescription service works. Maybe invest in a better online system and spend some money training your staff.

Ordered 15 items online, over $260. Received an email the following day advising my order was cancelled with no information as to why. Lodged an online enquiry with no response. Phoned and was advised order cancelled as 1 item was not in stock. Why have items available to order online if they are not in stock, why not dispatch the rest of the order and refund the out of stock item rather than cancelling the whole order. Received a refund straight away but didn't receive anything I ordered. Unacceptable. Fix your website so items can't be ordered if not in stock.

Wife brought a pen razor for face from Shellharbour Chemist Warehouse which was defective, took it back was asked a heap of questions what was wrong with it, the manager finally agreed to exchange, we had original receipt this wasn’t good enough he wanted to look at our banking app to prove the purchase amount, how can they do this, I said no u are not looking at my personal information u have the receipt that should be enough, manager had poor English which my wife struggled with as she has poor hearing, he was very rude and submissive, obviously this is something that they are taught in training I won’t be going back to chemist warehouse, they have lost another customer and will tell everyone to avoid.

Me and my mate were taking a little while looking at the colognes, and she was saying comments like “your going to have to pay rent soon and why are you at the beach” and trying to get me and my mate out and she was being really rude to her co works.

We always go to the Ultra Chemist…
We always go to the Ultra Chemist warehouse in Hawthorn because it’s well lit up and very spacious, clean and bright. Unfortunately the great experience is ALWAYS marred by the attitude of one of the sales people on the till. His name is Jack and he is the worst seller of all time. He looks at you not even giving an acknowledgement as a human being. I know it’s not important but if you work in that field of environment you have to be courteous and amicable and engaged. I always support Chemist warehouse because it gives back to the customer but if one person destroys that image with that kind of attitude then it’s not good at all. I have to acknowledge Jasmine, she is the kind of customer service you’ll want for your company. She greets you with a good afternoon and a big smile.
Chemist Warehouse Constant Unfriendly Service…
I have been to the Chemist Warehouse in Murray Bridge and now in Kwinana Wellard, 95% of the time the staff are not very helpful or friendly. It seems that they don't really want to work and when you ask for assistance you are either pointed in a general direction or accompanied with disgust. Chemist Warehouse really need to start reviewing their customer service because I've never experienced this kind of disregard from any other chemists, corporate or independent.
Atrocious customer service and management don't care
I had a terrible experience with CWH online customer service staff wasting so much of my time by not addressing my emails and sending scripted responses and failing to escalate my complaint to management, culminating in a formal complaint. CWH management did not care and when I tried to follow up head office actually abruptly ended my call basically hanging up on me when I requested a final outcome to my complaint, and even when I stated I thought a goodwill voucher of 20 bucks to spend at CWH for all my wasted time would be appropriate I was told that was not possible and the head office staff member stated they couldn't help me further and thanked me for calling then hung up on me. What an atrocious way to deal with a customer who has multiple disabilities and has spent hundreds of dollars at CWH - but will obviously not be doing so anymore. Avoid dealing CWH online customer service staff or face the unacceptable waste of time they are and find another chemist!

Waited 25 minutes and was then told only one item was available so I would have to go to another chemist as well. They could have told me earlier. I had just had some surgery and was quite uncomfortable. Voted with my feet and got both items from another chemist in 10 minutes. Support the little blokes where you can get some service.

Chemist Warehouse Wodonga - High Street !
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Chemist Warehouse Wodonga High Street today. The manager displayed poor customer engagement skills and refused to accept responsibility for mistakes made with my click-and-collect order.
Despite my 10+ years of experience in cosmetics and 20 years in retail & management , she showed no interest in listening to my concerns and instead displayed a dismissive attitude.
When I tried to discuss the incorrect colour explaining how the product brand did not do what she describe and items listed as out of stock that were actually available, she seemed unconcerned and unwilling to talk & resolve the issue nicely ,it was a blunt and uncaring response of a refunds.
The final straw was when she hung up on me, which is unacceptable customer service, and should never be an option when trying to turn a poor situation around.
Remember your employees made the mistakes you didn’t want rectify nicely.
This behaviour reflects poorly on the store's management and staff training. I hope the manager will work on adjusting her attitude and teaching staff how to interact respectfully with customers."
Personally it’s Managers like this woman that will lead to a high staff turnover and staff that will follow her by treating customers disgustingly!
Don’t forget who pays your wages !!

I will never support your store again , I’m disappointed that I have spent between $150 to $200 on a weekly bases on medications and products in your store to receive a service like that so poor , I will now go elsewhere !!

Online order cnacelled for no good reason
Put in a non-pahrmaceutical order with Chemist warehouse only for them to cancel it less than 24 hours later because the pharmacy they allocated my order to didn't have enough in stock. I only ordered 3. When I contacted them about it they claimed they couldn't send it on to another CW pharmacy to fill. So what do they expect? That I keep ordering it and have my orders cancelled then wait 3-5 days to get each one refunded until they randomly allocate one to a pharmacy with it in stock? Not good enough. Never order anything online with Chemist Warehouse.
Chemist Warehouse Ballarat East has the worst customer service
Chemist Warehouse Ballarat East is now my closest pharmacy since moving to Ballarat. I have shopped here many many times and am so unhappy with the service from the pharmacy counters. Most times you wait over 30 minutes for scripts. The staff are slow, forgetful and inefficient. They are terrible at communication. I have never had such bad customer service and professionalism in my life. Today my partner waited for 45 minutes to be told the script is out of date (by 1 month). He is fuming so it is the last straw for us after such bad service. I would like to say the floo staff are friendly and helpful but it is not enough to keep me as a customer.

I would like to day chemist wearhouse on line feedback is the worst site to do this on I was trying to ask why a certain product that you can buy at Woolies or Coles for $2.00 a pkt cheaper and they say a different mg to what's on the box it's less

Bought blackmores vitamin C Then got home and realised i needed the one with zinc. Went back next day with unopened bottle, seal completely intact hoping to exchange. Told that they never exchange sealed vitamins, even with receipt. Will go elsewhere in future.
Great Pharmacy Staff and Extensive Range of Products
I am surprised Chemist Warehouse have such poor reviews.
The pharmacy staff at Chemist Warehouse, Macgregor, are brilliant. They always remember my name, are never too busy to give advice, regularly review how my medications are going and remind me about things like flu vaccinations. Floor staff are helpful too.
Yes, sometimes you have to wait for prescriptions but that's to be expected in a busy store. You have the option of requesting prescriptions in advance, but I rarely do because I prefer to browse in the store while I wait.
Chemist Warehouse have a huge range of products and frequently offer significant discounts. In particular, I rarely purchase fragrances or protein bars elsewhere.
True, the stores can appear somewhat cluttered but again that's because of the extensive range of products.
I consider myself fortunate to live close to Chemist Warehouse, Macgregor. Before it was quite a hike to the nearest Chemist which is the last thing you want if you feel unwell.
