Customer service kept us informed all the time - very happy with that. Manufacturing + shipment time was very close to the promised timelapse. Quality of the product is great, and if you compare it to any other sofa brand of the same pricerange, the gap is huge.
Would definately order again.

Please be careful of buying from this company if you are from overseas as they overcharge you in their shipping. After ordering the product, and arranging it to be sent to Singapore, we found out to our dismay that they overcharged us for the shipping and handling. We wrote to their assigned executive Chris Meehan - he promised to help but in the end, did nothing for us.

We will never order from this company again after this awful experience.

What a brilliant company! Overjoyed with the seamless ordering process, I got exactly what I wanted in the exact colour and material. Staff were friendly and helpful and when the sofa arrived the quality was second to non, the sofa looks perfect in my home. I would highly reccomend this company.

The 3 seater & 2 seater leather sofas I have received are extremely good quality for the price I paid. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The lads who delivered them were very courteous and helpful.

We have ordered many items from Chesterfields of England and have been delighted every time. We were always kept up to date on the delivery and the whereabouts of our sofa. They have an excellent showroom where I was able to view a wide range of sofas and chairs, and were able to fit me in whenever it suited me.

I bought my Classic Chesterfield chair and sofa in antique green from these guys approx 3 years ago now and wanted to make an enquiry about a pouffe that I would like custom made as it was not part of their catalogue. They came back and said that they could do it and we agreed on the price. When the piece arrived yesterday, it was of course excellent in build quality and fits in perfectly with the rest of the furniture.

I can not fault the manner in which Yola and the team have dealt with my request and I would always recommend these people to anyone who asked me. They are quite simply a shining example of how a company should handle a customers experience. I would not hesitate to order anything from these guys as they are so professional.

What a joy it is to deal with this company from initially making the order to receiving our suite just 2 weeks later they have been 1st rate in every way !
Helpful polite and great communication and the quality is amazing.
Even the delivery guys are brilliant !
I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.
And finally I have the Chesterfield that I always wanted ever since childhood.

have ordered a chair and a sofa in past , rang up to order a third asked for samples none arrived , rang twice more reception said nobody was available rang several times , got nowhere , company restructure apparently. was perfect, now useless

Bournville Hand-dyed sofas - Quality and finish looks great, but can't comment on the longer-term (as only just delivered). Hopefully no issues.

Superbly made, high quality furniture. Recently purchased a classic sofa and Queen Anne chairs. Delivery was reasonable length of time . Delivery team very professional and friendly. The highest standard of customer service throughout. From help with advice , ordering , delivery and aftercare. I have the Edwardian leather sofas 2 and 3 seaters, together with a footstool which was on promotion. They’re just amazing and look stunning in our lounge. I have had lots of praise from family and friends. Would definitely order from Chesterfields again as their customer service has been impeccable from beginning to after sales.
