Chili's Avis 

ordered 8 piece buffalo wings and the rib combo plate with sausage, ribs, chicken tenders, fries and mac. all the meat was overdone and tuff with not much flavor. wings were really tough and lacked flavor. Mac and cheese was a stuck together ball of noodles. FRies were barely done enough to eat. This was at the Thomaston, Ga location.

Lea went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel welcome. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail create a great dining experience. She was busy with preparing drinks and taking orders, however she made sure to check in on us. I really appreciated her professionalism and great service!

The Waitress, Mell was amazing. she represents chilis the right way. I will be returning bc of her!

Nice server, good service, food not so good french frys soggy but burnt tasted like they were left over and re-done smashed burger bun a soggy mess burger wasn't much better after eating I had diarrhea all evening and next morning I am a good customer of chili's and a reward member eat there about 3 times a month, but I doubt if I will continue to do so, as I don't want a repeat performance of my last incounter with chili's

Living near St Louis, there’s so many places to eat. In Fairview Heights, sits a small Gem of a Chili’s. Devyn is probably one of most down to earth Waitresses you’ll ever run into. She will take the time to go thru parts of the menu and make suggestions. However unlike some “Chatty servers”, she won’t Hover. She’s attentive Wonderfully Pleasant and just makes each visit better. If you want Awesomeness and Cohesiveness, this is the Restaurant and this DEFINITELY IS THE WAITRESS. Food service is prompt, she keeps drinks correct, and always is asking what else one might want. Even to the table near me that had an issue, She was literally on top of what got missed…
I’d give Devyn a FIVE STAR review each time I visit if TrustPilot would let me. Just a Great Lady to make a meal Great. Also a note, the Store Mngr is a Larger than life Gentleman whom constantly walks the restaurant, not just hiding in the back…. This is a Huge Key w/myself. Again, if near Fairview Heights, this is a Gem hiding in plain sight.

My wife and I ordered hamburgers. When we got them they were burnt to crisp.Won't go back. That was chili's MWC OK!

Trust me, i'm going to be honest. Years ago, My family and I left titusville and went to cocoa beach for the day , and on the way home , we went to chili's. We said smoking section. They Said there were no openings. gave us a square thing that lights up when you're called. So all of us sat outside on the patio , waiting... the square thing you gave us started beeping, so we went up to the counter and we handed him the device. The girl said sorry it was mistake. So we went back to the porch outside. A while later, people that came in after us left and we asked them.Were you in smoking or non and they said smoking... we were pissed. Twenty minutes later the square thing started beating again so we again went back to the podium where there was a girl. She apologized again and said that some of the things would go off by mistake.. We asked to speak to the manager. We told
Them exactly what I just wrote.? Then we told the manager that we would let everybody know how our experience at chili's went. We walked away. That Weekend , we went to the flea market and had shirts made that says: chili's screwed over me and my family. Be careful how they treat yours! To this day, we have no idea what chili's food tastes like.

I have loved the Alex burger since it first came out but lately it has lost its appeal and this last time on Monday was the worst. The burger it self was very bland, like no seasoning was added to the meat. There was too much cilantro, one sliced jalapeño ring, very little Santa Fe sauce or diced red onion. What’s the use of having it on the menu if you’re not going to prepare it correctly?

Chili’s on Torrance Avenue is horrible, dry, bland, food, and poor service. Do not recommend.

We ate at the chili's in St. Peter's today. it was crowded as it is Veteran's day. Things were so organized and managed well. We didn't wait too long for a table. The staff and manager are the best we have ever dealth with. Food was hot and fresh and amazing........

I loved the queso at Chili’s, but they changed it, and now it doesn’t even taste like anything. This is very disappointed.

I took myself to the Chili's in Williston, Vermont for lunch after my birthday because I had received a coupon for a free birthday dessert and I wanted to try their burger special. To my surprise it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in quite a while! My server was totally awesome!! I choose was the peanut butter pie which has been a long time favorite of mine and it definitely rivaled the best that I have eaten anywhere. Cudos to Chili's . . . I will definitely be going back soon!

Chili’s is horrible they have discontinued all of the good stuff people went there for now they have jacked up the prices you will not survive I went into one today it use to be packed on Sunday’s now people are going elsewhere I don’t blame them for is horrible now and so is the service

Service at Lakewood Colorado was good. Sat in the bar as we usually do. Chips and salsa were in point. Two issues- the new nachos are awful and the new Southwest queso was not as good as the old skillet recipe. Is this change for change sake? Both appetizers have an enchilada base. I can’t tell you where you are coming from with the new tastes. Also the cheese in the middle of the nachos did not get melted. We were also told up front that there was a two margarita limit. Not that it was going to matter but you should probably just put that on the drink menu so that your employees don’t have to apologize. Five stars for the bartender and chips and salsa. Zero stars for your new nachos and queso.

Chilis in Denton, TX no longer offers the white skillet queso. That is the main reason we order from there.

Were weekly regulars at Chili's in Beaumont, CA until life's stuff got in the way, so this was the first time back in about a year. Ordered the queso, expecting that delicious chili queso from times past...instead got a disgusting bowl of cheese (Velveeta?) soup, so sent that back. Our server was excellent, the manager was involved and interested in her customers so from a service standpoint we have no complaints. Ordered ribs, and yes, they were very tasty. However, the old Chili's ambience no longer exists, just televisions screaming at you from every direction. No more memorabilia on the walls, so you wouldn't have a clue where you are when inside the restaurant.

I ordered boneless wings, which I asked to be returned because they were rubbery and frozen. The manager came to our table in an angry and aggressive manner. We will not be returning to the Chiles in Somerset, MA.

I went there with a couple of friends to have a couple of drinks and we had a nice time. John, the bartender who served us was very attentive and kind. He was engaging and didn’t miss a beat. A great experience and a lot of fun.

We went to Chili's in Montrose CO. The waiter gave excellent service. I ordered a salad which came with quesadillas. I also asked for butter for my husbands mashed potatoes. They are using what they call butter/oil (which tastes like rancid oil) to fry the quesadillas in and to use in place of butter, for on the potatoes. The flavor of it is nauseating. It has a very fake taste. Wake up Chilis! Do not ruin very good food otherwise by choosing something other than butter, which the flavor cannot be beat!
