Purchasing and delivery device was great, issue with the PC after a week and tech support not been great so far

I wanted a special water cooled PC for music/video production, as well as a gift to myself on my retirement. I had worked out the components I planned to use and was prepared to put it together myself when I saw something very similar on the Chillblast website.

I had an online chat with Daniel who forwarded my queries to Joshua, who sent me a custom quote. I then shifted the goalposts and requested some changes to the major components, specifying my preference for motherboard, GPU, NVMe drives and also, that I was hoping for a primarily white build, rather than the black version they had quoted for.

Nothing was too much trouble for Joshua, or the team. A revised quotation for the build was made with exactly the components I requested.

Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent and even paying for my custom build was quick and efficient.

I cannot leave a review about my build as, I have only just placed the order for it but, if everything is built to the same standard that Joshua and Daniel have shown so far, then I will no doubt be leaving another review in a few weeks.

I calle Chillblast on Monday the 27th April to let them know that I am having issues with my pc crashing when I try to play anything on my high end pc I brough from them that comes with a 5 year warrenty that includes callouts for at home reapairs.

I was referred to their Mendit team for an on site (at home) repair by their engineers. I got an email from them with a disclaimer I accepted on Tuesday 28th April. They are meant to you within 48 to 72 hours to book you in for a repair. I called on Friday 1st May as I have not yet been contacted for a repair and the woman who answered my call said they likely won't call me till Tuesday 5th of May. This means by the time I get my repair it would have been at least 2 weeks or more.

I didn't pay for my warranty just to be treated this way, I thought as a valued customer I would be a high priority to them but clearly I was wrong. I am very disappointed with Chillblast and their Mendit team for how they have handled my situation, I paid £3100.00 for my pc and warrenty just to be treated like this. If you are thinking about purchasing a pc from Chillblast just consider this, you may be treated with the same lack of care and urgency if your pc fails in any kind of way.

Next week on the 8th of May is my birthday and I want to be able to game with my friends to celebrate but it is unlikely I will be able to do so which is very disappointing.

I have been a customer for over two decades. Chillblast is excellent at what they do, from customer service to build quality. If you are looking for a reputable business in the PC space, this firm has a proven track record.

I previously built my own system with them and considered buying a pre-built one. Joshua was helpful and insightful. Although I didn’t choose to go with the offer, he still suggested upgrading the RAM for me.

This showed how important care for the customer experience is today, as It was previously what I find rare now.

The ability to also customise the pre-built rigs to your liking is a great starting point for those doing it for the first time, and the custom build layout makes it easy to use and make alterations too.

Bought a PC over a year ago. Fantastic PC for gaming, well packaged, delivery as stated. However recently had a problem trying to set up a 2nd screen so they showed 2 different windows. I emailed chill blast as I was totally lost on what I needed to do. Google was sending me to buy splitters, extenders etc. Received a very quick reply from Joshua giving clear info on how to do this. I now have 2 screens ! Thank you, was a simple fix when explained properly

Ordering was easy, but the item its self wasn’t great. Reading the instructions it says to place a pea sized amount in the centre and then spread out to a thin layer ( as most products do) however the paste was too thick to spread thinly. I tried warming it up, placing very small bits over the cpu but it just would spread. In the end I placed an X of the thermo paste over the CPU and placed the heatsink over it and left it as that

As always service is exceptional. Had a chat with technical support prior to ordering and we came jointly to concluding a new machine was the best option. The support over the years that I have been given as a customer, has always gone above and beyond. My only disappointment is that Chillblast no longer sell laptops as my old one is at retiral age and I am forced to look elsewhere for one. Don't go anwhere else to buy a computer.

Ryan was very friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed however that the order I was eventually able t place could not be linked back to my account

I'd just placed an order on Saturday with Chillblast for their "Ryzen 5 RTX 5060 Ti Pre-built Gaming PC"... Next day, discovered they'd sent an email saying that with every purchase, you'd get a headset for free - not to worry as Pete who spoke to me on customer service very quickly rectified the issue and is sending me a headset. :) The online chat service is very efficient, especially if you're polite. If I look at updating my PC in the future, I will definitely buy from here again.

Easy to order, PC arrived a week earlier than expected which is always a nice bonus. PC was all ready for me to use no hardware set up required. Packaged as carefully as you’d expect. So far I’m loving my new PC and would definitely recommend, I will definitely use them again in the future

The help provided recently by Oliver was excellent. My pc had been infected with a virus and, although I was panicking he calmly and very professionally went through many steps to remove it and ensure my pc was now free again of all unwanted files. He explained everything as he went and nothing was too much trouble. I was delighted with the outcome and I felt so pleased that I had decided to purchase from Chillblast in the first place. I have already described the experience to others as the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you again Oliver and Chillblast.

The service provider , Oliver, was calm, polite and immediately took my problem seriously!
He listened as I told him what was happening and quickly diagnosed the problem, giving advice on how to solve it and even sent an e mail with instructions and a few photo's!
Absolutely brilliant service from Chillblast!!

This is my second machine from Chillblast. THe customer service is first class, they have all ways helped me with the very few problems I have had with my first machine which is some 10 years old and only replaced to update.

Good reputation for high end systems encouraged be to buy. The website worked very well and inspired confidence.

I was contacted about a minor component which may have delayed build and given the option to cancel this selection to expedite delivery.

Looks like it has been built carefully and delivered quickly. The box was enormous, box in a box in a box, with expanded foam around components. Everything worked seamlessley.

Very happy overall, it would just be nice if Ram wasn't so expensive... talking of which, the ram speed on the website said 5200, the delivered units were 6000.. very nice.

Every was as expected, delivery was smooth and the computer is great.

Excellent system however RGB lights not working and now waiting approx 2 weeks for an engineer to repair.
