Awesome support from Chillblast and a really great computer that performs fantastically. I would recommend this company to anyone as the build quality and support are both exceptional.

I use the computer mostly for crunching distributed computing tasks. I have added a USB powered fan to improve cooling. (It brings temps down by about 5C with 8 cores running at 100%. One problem I did have was with the computer plugged into a multigang socket with the rest of the sockets switched depending on the current drawn from the computer, when idle it didn't draw enough current to switch on the monitor! I also regret not going for 128GB RAM given the recent price increases.

As a Newby, to computers, but an interestingly marked Elderly Gent, I needed clear ,correct and concise instructions. Above all, Joshua was able to achieve this by displaying tolerance, humanity and understanding of the lack of knowledge of Senior Citizens. Well Done.

Very good experience. Great communication during the build process, the computer was completed quickly and arrived safely packed and is working well (touch wood as ever with new kit). Only issue is that packed with the machine is a box full of cables etc with no idea as to what they are for!! I assume I have paid for them so I have received them. Not a problem though

I honestly went into this experience extremely frustrated, angry, and stressed because my PC had broken, and I was expecting the warranty process to be difficult and exhausting. Thankfully, that couldn’t have been further from the truth.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating, patient, and understanding. They replied very quickly to every message, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and easy to deal with. At no point did I feel ignored or left in the dark, they genuinely stayed by my side the entire time and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

A huge thank you especially to Zayn, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was incredibly patient, professional, and responsive, always replying quickly and making sure I was taken care of. You can really tell he cares about helping customers and making things right. His communication and support completely changed what started as a very frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience.

I originally bought a computer from another company. The first one was broken as was the replacement!! I then bit the bullet and bought from Chillblast. The PC was really securely packaged when it arrived and was a delight to finally switch it on with absolutely no issues excellent service!

Can’t complain with the timescale on the delivery service. Overall the set up looks clean and runs like a dream which should for £2900. But for what I paid for it I feel I got robbed they caught me out with the small writing on the site saying components may be different to stock level, it would appear everything I got was on the lowest budget and to be honest the only thing which looked like the image was the case.

If you purchase with them please do not buy pre builds and make your own.

My PC had died, so I turned to Chillblast as a recommendation. The turn around was excellent. 24 hours after ordering my customs build was shipped. It was simple to setup and I've had no issues.

Delivery was quick, everything was well packaged, and the build quality is spot on. I don’t have time to keep up with the latest parts anymore, so having Chillblast handle that makes things really easy.
