Easy booking, good hotel found with great breakfast, events fun for all

I am writing to further outline the extent of the issues we experienced following your last-minute cancellation of our original hotel booking. Each additional detail only reinforces how far the delivered experience fell below what was promised and paid for.

Not only did we lose the free breakfast included in our original package, but the replacement hotel was of a significantly lower standard. The food provided there was terrible and did not resemble the quality or experience we were assured when booking. This alone would have been disappointing, but unfortunately the problems did not stop there.

The boat experience—advertised as a trip out to sea—only travelled down the river. This was a clear misrepresentation of what we were sold, and the boat itself was of noticeably poor quality. To make matters worse, there was no running water on board, meaning even basic hygiene such as handwashing was impossible. This is not only unprofessional but also a basic health and safety concern.

Considering the extremely short notice of the hotel change, the downgrade in accommodation, the loss of included amenities, the poor food quality, the misrepresented boat trip, and the lack of basic facilities on board, it is evident that the compensation offered so far is wholly inadequate. We expect a level of compensation that genuinely reflects the disruption, disappointment, and failure to deliver the services we were promised.

Would definitely recommend using Chillisauce. Booking and communication was on point and even on the weekend, they still provide information if needed.

Really good experience with chilli sauce. They helped me plan a stag with 15 other lads and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had guides come with us on every activity which helped everything run well, and the prices we were given were very reasonable.

My mate arranged a stag through them to go to Bournemouth.

Initially booked us in for a pub brunch but tried to move it last minute because of the football. We wanted it that time because of the football.

Prior to arriving my mate was receiving calls from the vendors saying CS had not paid vendors and the venues night cancel.

He subsequently chased payment for them.

We arrived and went to the escape room who had us a logged as a hen do.

Then the following night, we attended Boom Battle Bar to find out that they had scheduled us for different times to the bookings CS had provided, we spent 30’mins rearranging everything on a night out.

Communication from CS has been poor, would recommend just booking stuff yourself.

Great suggestions and support from Georgina and her colleagues.
Good on going contact as event was progressing.

5 of us for stag do, complete joke!!
Comedy club and a guided pub tour round the west end. NEVER happend because it all clided together so just ended up doing comedy club and it was crap! NO pub tour!!! Don't book!

If you use this company take out travel insurance.NO REFUNDS !!
If you use this company take out travel insurance even if it’s a UK event. They are expensive for what they offer and it seems that you still have to pay more for example a round of golf carts extra, golf range tees extra. If you are unable to attend due to injury with hospital treatment this company is not interested in refunding your £230+ money despite the person not attending not using the facilities and eating the breakfast. Very poor at calling you back…. Well they don’t you have to chase them. If you do get any response as in a refund…..£18 !!!! Avoid being stung if you can’t attend don’t use them.

I am sorry to see you have left us a 1-star review and that you couldn't go to the event due to being in hospital.

As you cancelled after the balance due date, we were unable to provide any refund. However, we agreed to try and reach out to our suppliers to see if, in this instance, they would make an exception. Unfortunately, this was not possible.

We offered to provide you with a fully paid invoice for you to pursue a claim through your travel insurance, as you were in Hospital, but you refused as you didn't take out travel insurance.

We strongly recommend all of our customers to take out travel insurance to cover them in the event you are unable to travel or if something goes wrong whilst away, as mentioned in our terms and conditions.

The refund offered was a gesture of goodwill to cover the cost of the karting activity, as you requested.

AVOID

I have paid in full for my friends Stag do that is due to start on Thursday 14/05/2026. I have paid in full via direct debit. I went to sign into my account for Chilli Sauce for it to show I do not have an account. Once speaking to the quite rude account manager Harrison, I have been told multiple lies and excuses. At first they said they cannot find payments, then they said I have £100 left to pay. Then they have said actually the payments I have made for this stag do was payments for a stag do I went on 2 years ago!! The amounts were completely different and I would not be paying for a stag do 2 years later. The other one was also paid in full from an old bank account of mine.
They cannot give me an answer as to why it is showing I do not have an account.
I have sent full screen shots of amounts paid from my bank. They have asked if they can have access to my bank which I obviously declined and have also said I need to pay in full AGAIN rather than sort the actual issue!!
When asking for a refund they said it is too late at this point, however, it is their mess up and they have done nothing to resolve the issue other than try and scam me out of more money.
I asked to speak to a manager in which they said there isn't one available every time.
None of their answers add up. I will be taking this further.

Absolutely fantastic everything was perfect and went to plan all that you put on for the Stag blew us all away.

Great activities, good hotel choice and easy to pay with good value.

Zetti & Kitti were our guides for a stag do in Budapest and they did not disappoint, would highly recommend. Thanks for a great weekend!

Excellent service from Zee and Kitty as our tour guides. Both very professional and polite through the whole experience with great knowledge of the local area! 10/10 service recommend to anyone.
