This app is a complete scam, I transfer money from my chipper cash to my other bank and the money did not deliver. I also bought their USD visa card for 3,000 Naira, funded the card and I could not use the card to make payment. Please Avoid this app if you don't have to loose money.

My experience with the app in the last 4 months has improved. The way they handle the case of fraudster tempering with my accounts and their prompts intervention as well as introduction of statement of accounts and my others make choose Chipper Cash App as a reliable online banking
Refund of my 160,000 sent to account where it couldn’t take such money
I sent 160,000 June 28 2023 using chipper to an eco bank whereas the account couldn’t carry such money and the money is not in the account
Contacted eco bank and they said the money is with chipper, contacted your support and they told me to send recipient bank statements from June 28 and I did, the money is not there and after sending it to them am still waiting for them to get this resolve and all they did is to tell me to be patient patient am tired of hearing that

Lots of Room for improvement
Well your platform has potentials but your customer service has a lot of growing to do. They hardly respond same day a request is made and that can be quite frustrating.

Worst Customer service from…
Worst Customer service from chippercash.. On Wednesday 26 July 2023 I purchased dollar using my local naira despite it being sold at #903 as of then this is above the general rates in the FX.. I went to renew my domain which is about to expire so on getting to the merchant website I entered my card details and the transactions didn't go through on the merchant website but surprisingly I was debited I was confused and tried to reach there customer support all to no avail.. it took them 48hrs to respond to me and my merchant has already clarified me that the transactions didn't happen and I needed to get the transaction details from my bank (chippercash).. within the 48hrs period I wrote chippercash in all there social handle and I only got a response from there twitter and it was just a "We've seen your message" response... Finally when chippercash contacted they told me not to retry the transactions and I should wait for 30 days for them to investigate the issue but I tried explaining to them that it's a matter of urgency and I didn't get a reply since yesterday...
Secondly chippercash is a milking organization to us Nigerian... I noticed that once other card services are active chippercash sells there dollars in the normal market rates as others and immediately other services are down they increase there rates
From N860 to N950 per $ it's disheartening for us who uses only chippercash for transactions
