I use to love chipper, but am not happy with the app this time, for 3months now i cant have access to my investment page, it keeps referring me to there care chat, i have all they suggested still cant access it.

Please and please disregard any bad reviews here! Chipper cash is one amidst the best you can use,if not even the best for now! they are always transparent, am not an affiliate, just a happy customer. try it out yourself and ask for customers support incase you get into any difficulties, you will be amazed on how fast customer supports gets to you. Chipper cash is extremely pleasant for me, and I will keep everyone updated on how they serve customers. But for now life is chipper with chipper cash abeg. Thanks

Why must I put my bvn while registering??? That’s what has been putting me off. Leaving out my bvn in an online app. I would really love to give it a shot but that’s my only clause.

I used my ChipperCash debit card to pay for an online transaction on December 17th; the transaction was declined, so the item was never purchased, but the funds were removed from my account and not returned even after the 30-day waiting period they claim is mandatory. I have been back and forth with over 9 reps and a unbelievable 36 conversations trying to sort out this issue. I have had some withdrawal issues in the past, and they were usually resolved in a day or so. I honestly started out very patient with the app because they are a new service in Uganda, and as a software developer, I understand technical issues, but now I realize the way they operate feels more like a scam from a small, unprofessional, and inexperienced group of people. I was trying to recover 560,000 ush ($150), but now I'm just totally lost!

I received money from a p2p trader from binance to my chippercash yesterday, I tried to cash out and it failed, however after about 5minutes of the failed cashout,the money disappeared from my chipper account, tried to talk to support and all they kept telling me is we will look into it and let u know when something comes up. After one support team member asked me to comfirm my location, I was prompted to check my security settings only to find an unauthorized device logged into my account from Lagos Nigeria, I reported the case and my account has since been restricted but no response from support in on for how long this will take to investigate and no explanation on how my money disappeared from my account. Iam totally disappointed in chipper cash because this is not the first time iam having cashout problems.

it's been wonderful so far with chipper cash. With the setback I had on the app due to my fault, they communicated with me throughout so as to get my account back. Good customer service.

Things were going smoothly on this app until I attempted to buy BTC crypto currency this week.
Apparently the app notes that "there charge no transaction fees" just to set you up!

As the price of the BTC coins appreciated on the open market in the last few days by more than 10%, I tried to cash out by selling my BTC.
Only to find that what they call their sell rate, is well below the market price of the coin by more than 10%! And this keeps changing as the price of the coin appreciates!

Essentially you cannot make a profit on this app in Crypto (BTC) even when the actual price of your holdings rises up above 10%.

The app kept warning I do not have sufficient coin balance even as the actual price of the coin on all open market platforms appreciated! The BTC value it claims I have left is still below the value I bought by more than 10% despite the rally in market prices of the coins.

With crypto the app is a closed ponzi scheme if you ask me!
And all this happened today 14th January 2023!

Check any other crypto trading apps and then check out chipper at current crypto prices, you will get what am saying .

Horrible customer service. I tried to use the app but the platform rejected my identification during verification. Due to this, I wasn't able to make use of the account. Since then, I have been contacting customer service via chat and email to try get the account deleted and my data removed from the platform. And the customer service reps have been taking me round in circles and refusing to delete my data. This is absolutely wrong. The platform has sensitive personal data which they collect during sign up and once you want it deleted they basically ignore you or refuse to help. Horrible!!!

Edit: To address the generic response I received from Chippercash, I have shared my tag multiple times with your customer service reps. They either ignore the messages or just take me round in circles. I wouldn't advise anyone to subscribe to this platform at all. It is more stress than it is worth.

I created an account with them and got verified when I tried to claim my card I was asked to upload my ID 3 days after uploading my it got rejected when I tried to upload it again I got a error message that
permission was denied it's really frustrating

Send & receive money for free I like it
My cash out was pending but after some days they they brought it back to my wallet.
But improve in your pending cash out it take you long for sure

I'm trying to complete my verification process so I can create my virtual card and I have submitted all the necessary documents.. yet still for 3 days verification status (pending)..
Please how long does this process take

the App crashes or does not even open for weeks like, the virtual card is good but what is the point if the app wont open

Bad service I converted NGN to dollar at dey rate 6000 NGN to dollars which was 7.40 dollar and I wanted to withdraw my 7.40 dollar only to find out that I am left with 4700 NGN

There's hardly any thing you can do on the app without unnecessary time-wasting friction along the way. The app in many cases is always down with one issue or another, interrupting business
Chipper Cash and their services are not a reliable choice for any serious business man. Not mentioning their subpar customer service. It just stinks. If you've got an urgent business to do i advise you go elsewhere. Chipper Cash will readily disappoint you and mess you up.

I tried verifying my ID with both NIN and my passport at different times but I keep getting can’t be verified try again later. This is after several attempts and it is so annoying. I sent a message via chat and I’m yet to get a reply.
