Top-class dealer I’ve dealt with many different companies over the years and in my honest opinion this has to be one of the best family run cos I have dealt with from start to finish they made it easy and met dates during this pandemic. I purchased a new van and wanted some extras fitted to the van while still in their shop by a third party this was not an issue I have to say very pleased

Shoddy work and rubbish customer service
Gave them an opportunity to change my mind about previous poor customer service But apparently it’s the norm.
Once they have your money after selling a van they are not interested In you and fob you of with warranty claims that don’t go anywhere.
Van went in to change the central heating fluid and when I got it home found they hadn’t refilled it or bothered to check. Their defence is air in the system and it would have been filled to the maximum, but even before turning the central heating on the fluid level was way below minimum, in fact I could not see the level without taking the cover off.
They charge a premium price and don’t do the work. If you do decide to let them do the work, check before you pay and don’t be fobbed off. If it’s not filled to maximum don’t pay as they completed the work.

Looking for our first caravan had to be right!!!
We tried other places first and one was absolutely useless giving us false information, which apparently our car could not tow that size caravan, until we found out they were still operating on the old system.
Then we came across C.S.C Ltd. Mel was absolutely brilliant and very patient of what we wanted for our first caravan and looked after us right up to the collection day. Paul was also brilliant and very patient on the collection day showing us how everything worked and we were happy. Friendly down to earth company and would definitely recommend to others, thanks.

We recently changed our car and it wasn't compatible with the rear LED lights on our Bailey caravan. We were bounced around from tow bar fitters to auto electricians and still couldn't resolve the problem. We were booked on overnight ferry for France on the Thursday night and the weekend before still hadn't solved it. so called Chippping Sodbury Caravans late Saturday afternoon they knee what we needed - a Ryder box. They got the part and fitted us in their workshop early Thursday morning. Repair done in less than an hour. Super efficient service. Thanks Guys
