This must be one of the best ebay experiences I've had. Nothing was too much trouble, checking with Coachman that the part number was correct was very much appreciated. The service from Stu was excellent who kept me informed from start to finish. The blind arrived super quick and was in perfect condition and looks great. Value for money from ycleisureonline was great too.
Would highly recommend ycleisureonline, well done!

No aftercare once they have your money
Beware of this company! As many reviews across other platforms have stated, they will happily take your money but if there are any issues, they do not want to know!!
Our experience with the sales team was excellent with regular updates although from the day of collection we have had several issues which should have been identified before the vehicle, was collected. The vehicle was returned with five issues of which some were serious, only one was rectified despite being told everything was fixed. I appreciate some issues are not the fault of the dealer but it is how they deal with you after parting with a significant amount of money that makes a company. We have purchased several vehicles over 25 years, this is the first time we have purchased from YC Leisure and it will definitely be the last. Yes, they can do an excellent deal but, I would rather spend more money and receive a good level of service and aftercare. As a company they have grown significantly and maybe they have now reached a point where they are too big to maintain the level of service for the amount of vehicles they are selling.

Went to look at motorhomes saw one we liked put a deposit down , they said they would like our van in part x to inspect for value 10 days before swapping. Went to pick new vehicle up was faulty engine management fault had holiday booked so said we would take old van back for our holiday before swapping log book to find our they have already sold our vehicle without our knowledge. Asked several times for manager to ring us no response, ended up with no motorhome because fault kept coming on and not even our old van to go back in . Very bad management to sum up they are cowboys . DO NOT HAND LOG BOOK OVER BEFORE YOU PURCHASE YOUR NEW VEHICLE OR THEY WILL DO A FAST ONE ON YOU , AND END UP LOOSING THOUSANDS!

Perfect customer care
From start to finish we received excellent customer care. Grant was friendly and professional and kept us informed at all stages. Courtney picked us up from the station when we came to pick up our van and was very friendly. Sarah did the perfect hand over. Highly recommend the team.

This company agreed a deal on a caravan took a deposit. The next day rang and told us they now wanted a further £2000. They told us they would not sell the caravan to us at the agreed price only at the now inflated price! They blamed us for misunderstanding but we showed them the paperwork that had been drawn up they then tried to say it was verbally agreed there was an extra 2k on top. Dreadful shocking way to do business thoroughly disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Over focused on the sale and don't want to know once you have left with your product. Chased for 3 months for documents that should have been there at handover. No one gets involved or answers their phone or responds to emails. Complete shambles. I would have given the 0 stars if that was an option. 1 star is too many.
They are a disgrace. Don't give them the chance to do this to you. Find a different company to deal with.

Seift Conqueror 650L
We purchased a Swift Conqueror 650L at the NEC show in October. Debbie was very supportive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly at this time. We picked the caravan up in March, apart from some very minor problems that were quickly dealt with, Debbie came in on her day off to ensure that everything was sorted, the service we have received from Yorkshire caravans has been amazing. Would definitely use again. Any warranty work has been arranged through Emma who again has been very friendly and supportive and ensured that everything has been sorted. Thank you both very much. Would definitely purchase through Yorkshire Caravans again.

A business is only as good as it’s after care if needed and we have needed it a few times for our 2024 Swift challenger 650. Emma is always efficient in replying and organised any issues we’ve had. Devon who was dealing with our sale of a caravan has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time such a patient polite man dealing with our sale from quite a way from you and James who sold us the awning very polite and helpful the young lady and man in the accessories shop too and can't fail to mention what a lovely meal we had in the cafe very reasonably priced and the lovely welcome of a cup of coffee from the receptionist when we arrived forgot to say how happy we are with our caravan thankyou

Yorkshire caravans - Bawtry
We recently purchased a 2016 Coachman Vision 580 from Yorkshire Caravans for £15,299 + warranties on top. After being told and reassured it was in “brilliant condition” and had undergone a full 4 hour inspection, habitation check, and damp check and safety checks completed it was sold as the perfect caravan for me and my family.
This was not the case.
Within minutes of looking at the caravan (after a 3-hour drive), we found multiple faults:
* Front window not aligned or sealing properly
* Lights not working
* Bathroom door and fittings faulty
* shower screen not on runner
* Bed legs damaged
* Microwave not working
* Damaged battery box
We were given no inspection paperwork that day as it was Saturday and was told it would be sent on the Monday as the services department had it and it would be sent on the Monday. Despite repeatedly asking, emailing and having attitude from the receptionist we never received it.
We were reassured everything would be sorted after our booked holiday, so we took it on our first holiday. That turned into a nightmare when the water system failed and flooded the caravan, leaving us without water.
We then had an independent inspection which found:
* Severe damp (over 40%)
* Poor and missing sealant
* Axle not fit for purpose
* Multiple additional faults
At this point, we rejected the caravan after 2 weeks, false promises, lack off communication, no reports sent and rude receptionist they accepted the return.
Upon getting it back to them as they were trying to say they don’t have drivers I took it back myself on the 3 hour 258mile round trip.
When I spoke to Simon the manager I was told
* The caravan had not actually been inspected as originally stated
* We had to return it at our own cost (258-mile round trip)
* We were refused reimbursement for costs, offered only a £50 voucher
This caravan was clearly not checked or prepared as described and should never have been sold in that condition as it is dangerous to our family and other road users.
It’s now safe to say I would never trust them again and I don’t even think the picture show everything aswell as the lists of emails that were sent.

Dave in the awning department couldn’t have been more helpful, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and included our autistic child in the sale. Information offered on the awnings was invaluable and honest no hard sales tactics just interested in making sure we chose the right awning for us.
