Jonny at Doncaster was very nice and helpful, we felt no pressure at all to buy a caravan, he showed us around, told us what would benefit us and our family, would recommend to others, after going to other showrooms and they have been very rude to us before

I cannot thank Emma Maud enough, this person has gone above and beyond after hitting a blocker from provider. Emma continued to communicate with me keeping me updated throughout the issue, and finally with great news resolving the problem

Very helpful salesman, Grant Lees. Just did not find the right motorhome with you, no issues at all with the care and attention received. Found the right motorhome elsewhere but would not hesitate to recommend Yorkshire Caravans to anyone.

Would have given zero stars if possible,DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEWS,purchased a 2015 lunar lexon,paid just under 10 thousand pounds,was assured it had a full pre deliver inspection and a 4 hour safety check for "piece of mind" ,absolute rubbish only had it 1 week and it leaked from 3 different places,the structural support in the roof had rotted and was collapsing,was told after we paid for that their sold as seen range was classed as "do-er uppers" (their actual words for 10 thousand pouns worth of caravan that wasnt safe to be in that my son slept in with a rotten roof and it is now back up for sale on their site,AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

helpful and knowledgeable staff when questioned about a specific T.V . When not in stock they got it to us in 3 days as promised then rang to ask if we had received it,
We then went to ask for info about awnings and Dave Chambers was extremely help full and advised us on what would make the awning better for us and made the whole experience very easy.

We bought a used motorhome from Yorkshire Caravans and Motorhomes recently. Their site is very large and they have a lot of stock to choose from. We had seen ours online one evening and went to view it the following day. Grant Lees the salesman we met was professional and helpful. We committed on the day and picked it up a fortnight later. We are very pleased with the motorhome, think it was a fair price and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. A great job also handing over to us by Sarah, who was meticulous in making sure we understood everything. Well done team.

Service was above and beyond excellent communication with little Stu who helped us emencally and couldn't do enought to help us. Will use this service again and recommend the company to everyone.

Please proceed with caution this company have a reputation. To our detriment we didn’t listen to the reviews we had read and went ahead with the purchase of a new caravan. When they took ours in PT exchange they discovered lots of things wrong with it and we ended up shelling out more money. I now believe this is their strategy as the caravan had been regularly serviced and none of these issues had been discovered previously. We went ahead with the purchase, when we collected the caravan they were several things wrong with it. We paid extra for a solar panel (it had been installed wrong so didn’t work). The shower door was scratched, the toilet seat was broken, the mattress was filthy, shower needed sealing, boiler not working so no heating or hot water etc they agreed there was warranty work needed doing! 18 months of chasing, YC staff not getting back to you, every excuse under the sun why they can’t get it in, including not having enough staff!! All I can say is I wouldn’t ignore the negative reviews my experience was a disaster.

From our first walk in to looking for a caravan to walking out with a caravan i can not fault it when it comes to service. we was met with Andy absolute gentlemen given it's a sales pitch. No pushy sales tactics, left is to browse and find a van we liked not shown then worked with our budget and got us a fantastic trade in deal. We had to wait 4 weeks for the van to be ready and in this time I had questions about bits I wanted on the caravan and a couple of bits that needed some tlc in the van and it wasn't any stress. We have picked the van up today the service Andy give us and prompt and thourgh handover by Richard, honestly can not fault this place in any way. I honestly feel we have bought a caravan from a trusted honest dealership I would recommend anyone looking for a caravan to bob by and speak with Andy

Emma Maud in the Yorkshire Caravans Warranty Department was friendly, efficient and paid attention to detail. We had to travel 150 miles to deliver our caravan for a warranty repair, and it all went smoothly from beginning to end. Emma organised everything to perfection, and we are very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from Dave, he walked us through each awning product and explained the benefits of each particular awning, eventually we settled on a Telta. There was plenty of awnings to choose from however having an experienced person to help us was of great value. Fantastic, efficient and friendly member of staff.

Just bought a sun canopy awning and Dave was super friendly and helpful, giving us sensible & honest advice with absolutely no pressure. Thanks Dave! Great range of awnings & accessories & huge range of caravans & motorhomes on display. Also a fantastic cafe with great food.

I’ve been searching for a smaller awning for my motorhome. Searching Weeks, stumbled across YC and decided to email them to check stock. Yes they had the Telta Spirit awning, rear poles and carpet in stock. A man called Pete sorted all this out along with the price, very efficient. So we set off the next day to YC, it was busy. Called in the cafe and decided to eat there. The food is beautiful and not expensive either, waitresses lovely.
Anyway, went on to the Awning display.
Had a good look round and met the salesman Dave, there were 2 Telta awnings that met our needs. We went for the lighter weight one. Dave explained all the features, fitting etc, showed him the email from Pete… so went and got the rear Telta poles and carpet. Carried everything out to our car for us.
Any help needed at all just email or telephone to speak to him. On the way out of the showroom, met a staff member demonstrating the “Alogfire” to another couple, so tagged on to watch. Very impressed on the “Alogfire” mini. Just going to order that off the website as it’s free delivery too.

What can we say about Grant.

What an absolutely stunning man.
From the first day we spotted our dream camper
Nothing was to much trouble for him to help us get our dream Campervan.

We put a deposit on her but sadly had to wait to get her,
due to outside issues.
He trusted us and we trusted him.
We now are in a position to finish off the sale.
He waited for us, and helped and sorted the modifications out for us that we wanted.
Worth his weight in gold.

Scott was very helpful friendly and approachable from the moment we enquired about our caravan. We asked many questions which he was only to pleased to answer. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the van and the manufacturers details as well as the previous owners. Throughout our initial appointment and handover appointment Scott was polite and courteous. I will definitely be recommending my friends approach Scott as well as make appointments to deal with him.
Mel was also very polite and courteous during our handover appointment. He really took his time going through all the internal and external questions we had about the caravan. He too was very knowledgeable and really took his time. Listening to all our questions and reassuring us that nothing was to much trouble and happy to explain things again always with a smile.
Both Scott and Mel are a credit to the company.

This comes in two parts: i) sales ii) handover.
Sales: Scott Temperton was great, he was very clear in his inputs initially and then handled a change to the order which served to provide a surprise to my wife, he accommodated the change and was discreet to maintain the surprise.
Handover: Richard was informative and his demeanor (ex military) was fantastic. He brought an insight as a caravan we himself with snippets of information along the way - quite refreshing and entertaining, while maintaining a focus on what we needed to know.

The only issue we had (hence 4* rather than 5*) is the appearance of a faulty ATC unit which now needs to be fixed - unsure why this didn’t surface in the PDI!!
