Our first trip to Yorkshire Caravans was amazing. A big shout out to the ladies in the shop. Amanda, Ellie and Lesley. They were absolutely lovely. Very helpful and patient whilst we made our decisions. We will definitely be back. The ladies mentioned above made our day.

Ordered a security device for my caravan, within 24 hours, next day, it was at my door. The ordering process was quick and simple, and they were the cheapest supplier by a big margin! Check them out first, you won't be disappointed.

We recently visited Yorkshire Caravans to look for an awning, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The shop has an incredible selection of both brand new and quality used awnings on sale, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the team there made finding what was right for us incredibly easy. A massive thank you to DAVE, JAMES, and MARCUS, who are all exceptionally knowledgeable and welcoming.
They took the time and care to guide us thoroughly through the wide variety of options available. We appreciated their no pressure sales approach and it was clear from the start, that their priority was making sure we purchased exactly what we needed for our setup, rather than just pushing what they wanted us to have.
To top off the fantastic service, once we made our choice, they took the time to load everything safely into our car.

Steve contacted me when I was selling my motorhome. He made a reasonable offer. After a short call and some exchange of info we agreed a time for someone to check and pick up the van. Ian was very professional did the checks courteously and then took it away. The whole process took less than 2weeks and the price paid was what we agreed.

I phoned their accessories shop yesterday to enquire about a portable Aircon unit for my touring caravan. I spoke to a lady called Amanda who told me they had run out of stock on the brand I wanted, but she came up with an alternative for me. Promising next day delivery and it, I bought it. And less than 24hrs later, the unit has been delivered.
I think she went above and beyond and we are really grateful to her, thankyou.

We had a brilliant experience with Yorkshire Caravans through every step of the purchase of our new caravan. Debbie explained everything in a friendly way and there was no pressure whatsoever. The handover was brilliant with everything being clearly explained by Richard and Brian for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Altogether outstanding.

Excellent experience here we went to buy a sun canopy James was excellent, very good knowledge took time to explain all the options and which ones would be the best fit for us. We were made to feel very welcome. Johnny was very good at explaining the process and options on our caravan. No pressure environment.

At handover, Clive took us through the features and settings. He was knowledgable and patient.

We needed a new battery as ours was too tall for an internal battery box and Ellie in sales was exceptional, explaining about the vouchers we had to spend following buying the caravan and saved us 15% on a new battery.

Would highly recommend.

Please make sure you have looked everywhere else for your new caravan or motor home instead of buying from these parasites, the have a very unique way of completely ruining buying and picking up your new holiday home you have worked so hard for !!!

From initial enquiry via their web site their responses habe been quick and informative. Debs in psrticulsr was extremely helpful.

Please avoid this company, because they lie to you and steal carpets out of your caravan that you want to part ex. I was buying a Kensington Compass 840 2018 date 09/05/26 and few days after putting my deposit down, I was informed that there was an issue with the roof bar rail. I was told that I could take it away and bring it back at a later date if I wanted. But I told the salesman Johnathan that I would not be taking it till it was repaired because it would cause the roof to leak. Later that day, he informed me the roof had been repaired. Then a few days later took my part ex over. Then after a few days passed I was informed that there was an issue my van, and that it would not be ready till the 9th of June. So I took my van back and found that my carpets had gone missing. The staff had told me they where been valeted. But then I found they had been thrown away. But more than likely they were given to another customer.

Just before I was due to get my new van, I went over on the 2nd of June and checked it for damp; it was reading 27% and there was water stains in the cupboard above the bed, and mud was all over the van. I was told the roof had just been repaired and needed drying out. I then contacted the manager Simon on the 3rd. I was informed that the PDI was done, and the van had been drying and was down to 15%. I told him that I would be over on the weekend to check the van before collection.

I then called into the site on Friday and I was told they lost the keys, but then I was told that could not find the van and then again lied to and I was informed that it was getting its PDI. Which I then asked if I could check the van for a damp reading. But then I was told it was at 35% and there was an issue with the roof band and they where resealing it. After I was already told that is should have already been fixed. I walked away and got my deposit back.

Finally, I was told to speak to Johnathan over my carpets, he told me to speak to Simon. I then emailed and phoned him and got no reply, so I went over today and he finally emailed back and I get my replacement carpets after the 28th of June.

After chasing up today. I was told there was a delay in the carpets and that it might be the 8th july, what a joke more like they have just ordered them and they are just putting off replacing them.

The caravan has gone back up for sale please check it before buying it.
