Absolutely no communication after initial order confirmation. Been nearly two weeks, no shipping confirmation, no reply to emails. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered.

Run away! Only good reviews are from a decade ago and look fake. I ordered a Christmas gift for my son. Shipping says 3-5 days. A month later I haven't received any shipping emails or confirmation. No answer on the phone and no reply to this customer service email.

Ordered a paintball helmet as a Christmas gift for my nephew on Nov 21st. Nothing has shown up. Have repeatedly called and emailed with no response. I’m just going to dispute the charge at this point with my bank as my brother had to go out and buy a different one so my nephew could have the gift he asked for.

This is a pretty crappy way of doing business although this website appears to be a scam

If I could give them a zero I would. My order was supposed to be shipped within 5 days, it’s been almost a month and still no merchandise. Try to call them it always says leave a message and if you send an email you get no response. HORRIBLE place of business!! I will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered a hk army jersey. It came two weeks late even after I paid for 2 day shipping. The jersey finally came in and they sent me the wrong one. You call them and nobody ever picks . Last time I'll ever buy from them.

2 day shipped around $600 of product 2 weeks ago. After following up we found out they misplaced our order and were now almost completely out of stock of our original order. Would not recommend this company.

Days later email saying out of stock and they offered to modify my order for a similar product. We agreed

Days later they inform me that the product they recommended me purchase (due to the original being out of stock) was indeed also out of stock. We are past a week now and this is terrible customer service.

First they tried to charge my card twice for the same transaction. Then acter several attempts to contact them by email and by phone i finally get an email days later saying it was my fault and asked how I'd like to proceed after they obviously had my money so i asked if they could expedite my order i was later informed that the "website " made a mistake and if i wanted 2 day air it would cost another $22 and of course asking how i wanted to proceed mind you mu order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED but they have my money ...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I THINK A SCAM!!!!

Don’t buy from this site. Been over a week for 120 dollar shipping for next day. To be honest I feel scammedz feel like it’s coming ground and not next day. Can’t get ahold of people on a normal time frames “9-5 m-f” they act like u call on off hours but I don’t. Worst place to buy paintball guns I’d say

I first visited ChoicePaintballGuns.com because they had a very large selection of tactical markers and equipment at relitively affordable prices. I was looking to buy quite a few items and I wanted a site that had a good selection and lots of information so I could compare different setups, pricing, etc. I used their customer service email to ask about a marker package, and was surprised to receive a very informative answer in my inbox about 15 minutes later. Once I decided on my first purchase (I had never bought anything from them before and I decided it best to give it a test run) I went ahead and ordered. About an hour later a customer service representative called me to confirm my identity (they have a policy that they will not ship to an address that is different than the billing unless they can confirm the identity of the cardholder) which I really appreciated.
The order was processed right there and 3 days later I recieved my items, which was impressive since I live in a very rural area and always receive my packages a few days late nomatter the carrier. The packaging was very good and the order was correct, so I decided to order the rest of the markers and equipment I needed from them.
An hour after making my second order, I received an email letting me know that the paintball pistol that I had ordered with a holster kit was out of stock. They offered to substitute another similar item with the kit. Turns out, I received a higher quality and slightly more expensive pistol than the one I ordered, which I was very happy with.
All and all I'd say that this website is very good. It's easy to navigate and has a lot of good information, ordering is quick, and the staff are exceptional. I really appreciate good customer service, and they have that down to a science. The items arrived quickly and safely. What more could you want?

This online store is well put together and easy to navigate. They also have great prices and a giant selection of amazing scenario paintball guns and equipment. Their forum and article section is extremely informative and complete. I'll definitely visit this site again for more of my paintball supplies or questions I might have about paintball.
