No contact after sending an email, I have not received my order after over 3 months

Just Fantastic brilliant place to get your vaping supplies beyond good value for money order was late but WAS NOT cigma vapes fault was royal mails fault the guy I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the information I needed on my order overall fantastic place to go for vaping products

Wouldn’t use this company they are dishonest and we never received the whole order one missing and one the wrong flavour but they are accusing me of lying I even took photo evidence for them to say the envelope was big enough for the 3 vapes when you can clearly see the vapes are not on the envelope but slightly off and the flap is up too where I opened it also no receipt with the order either,To then tell me I could get further charges if I wanted to take it further absolutely disgusting customer service and then to say lots of people want freebies well I didn’t I wanted my missing vape and the right flavour not everyone is the same I also paid for 24hrs and it come 48hrs after it should have so avoid like the plague in my eyes the company is a complete fraud.

Wife ordered three vapes with 24hr delivery totalling £43 pounds
On arrival 48 hrs later there was only two vapes in the padded bag and one was also the wrong flavour. My wife emailed her find Friday morning with a picture of opened bag and two vapes
She then received a rude email
Monday basically accusing her of lying and the vapes were packed and weighed so order can’t be wrong. Conveniently there wasn’t a receipt of order in the bag either
If I could give zero stars for this terrible company I would and don’t believe the five star reviews posted on here. Never will we use this company again

Recieved my order in less than 24 hours exactly as ordered. Great prices, great products. bought £65 worth of vapes I would have spent £400 in stores!! amazing will definitely use again. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I don't recommend at all unless You want to get something that You didn't ordered. I ordered from their site especially for one flavor and received something completely different that I already tried and don't like after writing mail to return it client is being ignored completely.
