Awful. Ordered some Rockrunners, they arrived with worn soles, scuffs on the side and the rubber has come away from the toe on both shoes, can't trust this place and won't shop here again unless something is done about this, no contact has been returned so far.

First time buying from here.
Ordered an Off White T-shirt and it arrived 3 days later! All perfect, love it, defiantly recommend!

I have made order for internatioal delivery to EU, and have paid full price (with taxes) + delivery.
Several days later I have received email from EU custom that shipment is subject to custom and I should pay additional taxes and import fees.
I decided to return delivery and send email to Circle Fashion, stated that I am interested in tax free shopping, if I need to pay import duties.
I received email 6 day after (box is still at EU custom, as I can see by tracking), with info that I'll be charged for return delivery costs.
It means that I can choose between a) to pay double tax and other import duties b) to pay both way shipping costs (15GBP one way).
On their website thay say no word about delivery costs and import duties to EU country and make people think wrong.
Today (1st March) I have received email with info that refund has been done with -15GBP for shipping fees. That is better then 30GBP or double tax fee.
I still do not know how to make tax free order, because for EU and either non-EU countries, in basket I see (and need to pay) full price??

This is exactly what happened.
I read the reviews here and on the other major review site. Despite the reviews dividing opinion I went ahead with a major purchase using Paypal (backed off to a CC) in the evening.
The item arrived 2 days later via (IIRC) DHL well packaged with CF tape.
I tried it on and wasn't too keen. (No problem with the photos or description, it just wasn't my thing.) So decided to send it back.
I contacted CF to ask if I need to obtain a RMA. After 1 day, no reply so I phoned. As others have reported, it went to voicemail followed by a "this voicemailbox is full. Goodbye."
I decided to send it back anyway to the address on the invoice using Royal Mail Special delivery. (My cost but their Ts and Cs do say that I pay for the return if it's not faulty.)
Just after sending it, I got an email saying that I shoulod just return it stating if I wanted an exchange or refund. I replied that it was a refund I was after as the item wasn't me.
RM tracking confirmed that it was signed for the following day.
The following day I got a full refund to my Paypal account.

So, in practice, it all worked as expected - and the refund was almost immediate. I only drop a star because when you don't get a reply to emails and when the voicemail mailbox seems to be overflowing it certainly makes one very nervous indeed! I feared the worst. As it turned out quite unnecessarily.

Nothing to complain about this company. Ordered twice and products are authentic and delivers on time. Keep it up!

Just received a pair of Moncler trainer s from Circle , they arrived super quick , got them half price in there winter clearance sale . Defo be buying again !!

I bought 2 T-shirts for my son in early December for Xmas. One T-shirt was too small, so I returned in by the 4th Jan. I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund only a credit note as it was outside 14 days from purchase date. Very poor policy and very poor customer service.

I have ordered Alexander mqueen polo and this is my first time dealing with them and was smooth and had no issues... will buy from them again

I ordered a polo shirt & two caps. But when i received it, i was surprised because they just sent a polo shirt and one cap. I sent a email to them. They confirmed this order is missing. But they don't refund money or send one cap. They ignore and do not answer. This is a smart scam.

After reading the awful reviews i was catapulted into panic mode, worried that some sneakers wouldnt arrive. I cannot tell you have wrong and world apart the bad reviews are from my experience (and no im not a staff or a family member... im a genuine customer who was caused stress by these inaccurste bad reviews) i cannot fault the fast and effecient service... excellent communication every step of the way. Thank you.. p.s DO NOT let the bad reviews put you off, or even worse switch the sheer panic mode like i did.

Great customer service, I had missed several attempts at delivery due to my own fault with wrong phone number.

I contacted circle fashion through FB and they were great with communication. I eventually received my delivery and in time for Christmas.

Highly recommend circle fashion.

I bought a pair of suit, n it doesn't fit...have also returned it on Saturday last week with my own money to post it bad which I already know is a bad customer service..I hope they returned bk my money immediately...bcos the review im seeing now...I totally regret buy from this store...I called today nobody pick my call...like the hve the most worse customer services United Kingdom...bt the met the wrong guy any my money is 189...

I ordered a jumper from this company and received a text message the following day to say that there was unexpected issues in my area with regards to DPD delivery. When I tried to contact the company via email it was undelivered and the phone number just kept ringing out with no answer.

The link they send for DPD is not even legit and you cant track your parcel with the tracking number provided. It is a total SCAM!!

Do not order anything from this site as it will be a whole hassle trying to get money back.

I’ve ordered from Circle Fashion before and not had any problems. However, following an order I have just received I have now realised like many of the reviews I’ve just read it’s when things go wrong with your order than you encounter problems. I ordered a Canada Goose Langford parka in a size large because the editors notes said it was a fusion fit which is a slimmer fit. I had recently returned a regular fit Canada Goose Langford parka to another company with no issues as it was too big. When my order arrived I noticed it was also very big on me and I suspected it wasn’t fusion fit which customer services confirmed. I pointed out that there website states it is fusion fit and they said they would look in to this. I asked for a returns label and the e mails I keep getting back state that they do not cover return postage. So I am left with a coat that I was misold and Circle Fashion want me to cover the return postage even though it is there mistake! Very disappointed

Excellent service
I bought a Balmain jumper ordered on the Friday and arrived on the Monday morning. Product and service were excellent.

Fantastic service from Circle Fashion sent my coat out asap with tracking. Then needed exchange which was done within a week! 👍🏻

Ordered a jumper on the Saturday. 4 days later still no dispatch email so emailed them for them to say they "couldn't find the item"
Not the best service.

Bought a givenchy T-shirt from here. There was initially a few days delay with the sending as there was a check thing they do for high amounts that I missed but they were quick to call me and sort it!

still waiting on my item day 4 hasn't been handed to the courier
