CIRCLE FASHION Avis 

I was told that they pay the VAT but they didn't, so i paid TWO times. Many times i mailed them, also Fedex tried to reach them but there were no responder. A disappointment for me.

Having had 2 successful orders previously, I placed my 3rd order with Circle Fashion. They contacted me stating they cant locate one of the items and that they have refunded my money for that item, and to allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.

Unfortunately it has now been over 2 weeks, and the money has not been refunded.

I have emailed Circle Fashion 6 times asking them to provide me proof of refund so that I can check with my bank as to what has happened. To this day, I have not received a response to any of my emails. I can only assume this is because they have not initiated a refund as originally stated.

I have now logged a case with my bank to look into this.

**UPDATE** I was recently contacted by Circle Fashion and the money has now been successful refunded.

Ordered a mens t shirt which arrived the next day!! There was also 20% off so I’m really pleased and would definitely use circle fashion again

Ordered some Versace trainers, came next day via DPD which are my favourite courier. Very happy with the price and super fast delivery. Genuine product as to be expected. Not needed to contact customer service so can’t comment on that side of things but everything else has been absolutely perfect. Cheers guys.

placed an order for the first time from circle fashion i did get my item 4days later but when i emailed or called them to ask them somthing regarding my order i couldnt get an answer back from them which is poor so they only get 3 stars for my review.

I am really surprised to see any negative reviews, i must admit telephone line they dont answer but emails always get a reply,

as this is the 2nd time i have bought from Circle and our delivery super fast and great value, i will still continue buying as i think there brilliant

Brought an amarni jacket and cap, been 2 weeks still had no update on my order! WEB57050 get my order to me or I'll have no choice but to contact my bank!

Ordered over £1000 worth of goods, money has come out of my account and it’s been over two weeks and still had no information about my order.
On my account it says the payment is pending but it is not and have emailed several times with no reply.
Emailed to say I understand the circumstances but have not even given me the decency to reply.
Will not be using again.

Brought a jacket off circle fashion returned it 14th April arrived on 16 th April but no one there to sign for it so now it’s at Leeds sorting office waiting to be collected and I’m £150 worse off

All good, great store and responded to shipping question via E-mail which is refreshing i.e. good communication.

One of the biggest mistakes i ever made was clicking on this website.
Order placed since 28th January and till now, no single information regarding my order, no one picks their customer care lines, called almost 10times, no one replies email, emailed like 20times since then, no one replies numerous DMs. Beware of companies that limit their comments on social media, it shows they are running from something.
I understand about current global situation, but the companies that will come out of this stronger will be those ones that gives everything to ensure customer satisfaction even when the chips are down
This is one crappy company, avoid them for your peace of mind

Website looks great - expensive clothing at a considerable markdown. But still expensive, so you want to know they're legit before handing over your hard-earned cash, right? I saw a good deal, but the photographs don't match the description of the item, nor do they show the back of the garment. So I rang to get clarification. Straight through to voicemail, which I left, requesting that they phone me back. I decided to back this up with an email. 4 days later and I have had no communication from the company. So I'm hardly going to entrust my money to them. For some reason Yoox get worse reviews, mostly it seems because their prices vary from country to country (so what?!) but when I phoned them at 8am to get a refund on a purchase (not their fault) I got through to someone in their Albanian office who was extremely courteous and helpful. Chalk and cheese. If you can't handle the volume of (potential) sales generated by your website then scale down your operation to a point where you can, rather than continuing to take people's money and offering a substandard service.

This company dispatched my order and never sent me a tracking number I am trying to get in touch with them since Monday no one answers the email I have been sending I am just trying to keep an eye on my package since its high value !!! After being recommended to them by a friend (regular customer of theirs from Rotherham) I have been to the shop a few times over the last 18 months and bought 3 Hugo Boss Suits and a couple of jackets off Circle Clothing and had excellent & friendly customer service! Going above and beyond to ensure the customer gets the service and product required.The quality of the clothing has been excellent.

I Cannot recommend them enough!

They don’t answer on emails and phone calls and 10 days past from my order and still haven’t received anything,I’ll have to contact with my bank, I’m waiting for ur call
