Thank you Tomas. This review means a lot to us, particularly because it comes from repeat work across both construction sites and private property projects.

After-builders and post-construction cleaning is a different discipline from routine domestic cleaning. A proper builders clean has to deal with fine construction dust, ledges, fittings, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, snagging areas and all the small details that determine whether a property is actually ready for handover, inspection, occupation or sale.

That is the standard we work to.

We also understand the practical side of construction: access changes, programme pressure, short notice, phased handovers and the reality that cleaning often sits right at the end of the build when everyone else is already under pressure to finish. Our job is to come in, understand the scope quickly, flag issues early and get the property over the line without creating another problem for the contractor.

Where required, we can also incorporate internal and external window cleaning, appliance cleaning, detailed deep cleaning, 184°C high-temperature vapour cleaning and controlled O₃ ozone treatment for odour removal and full property reset work.

Cleans supports builders, contractors, developers, landlords and property managers with after-builders cleaning, post-construction cleaning, site handover cleaning, renovation cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning and deep cleaning across Laois, Kildare, Offaly and the wider Midlands.

For larger construction, multi-property and specialist cleaning projects outside our core service area, including nationwide requirements, please contact us to discuss project scope, mobilisation and availability.
