This is a foreign based company who allegedly have a UK base in Wembley, they a bunch of scamming low life’s.
Do not entertain these thieves they will take your money and laugh at you.
I have contacted Trading Standards and requested my bank to reclaim the money they stole from me.
Buy from Legitimate traders like Amazon.

Will never order from this company again. I ordered a garden storage box which failed to arrive on the estimated delivery date. I emailed multiple times on the day and in the days following, but received no response. I also tried calling the number on the website and nobody answered. Extremely poor customer service and a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

My storage unit was to arrive on the 6th august. Still havnt got it and now the 22nd august.They dont answer e mails and the phone number is constantly engaged. I bought through shop. I have lost £82.95. Use pay pal. Your protected. Firm a scam.

Dreadful company. In the same boat as others who ordered the keter max pro garden storage box. Lying emails, gdpr leak sharing others people's emails addresses and names, never arrived, no comms once asked for a refund.

Having to try and get my money back via my bank.

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs

This company appears to be a complete scam. They kept sending emails promising delivery right up until the date the item was due to arrive, but never provided proper tracking information or specific delivery details. The item I ordered was never delivered, and once the promised delivery date had passed, all communication stopped.

My emails have gone unanswered, and the phone numbers provided do not work. There has been no attempt to resolve the issue or provide an update.

If you have already made a payment, I strongly recommend contacting your bank immediately to report the transaction and seek advice on recovering your money.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and not risk losing their money.

Ordered an item on the 2nd July, still have received the item and it’s the 17th August!!! I have sent numerous emails also filled out the form on there website still no response, avoid this website! It’s not a legit website

We haven't received atge product that was dispatched on August the 4th it was meant to arrive at latest by the 14th of August. Once the deadline passed I contacted them but I have had no reply to date. Obviously due to them missing the due date further investigations show this company failed to deliver the goods on numerous occasions many people calling the company a scam. I would like to her from them with a firm date for delivery of the goods. It's funny that I have had 3 emails asking for a review the first email arrived before the email confirming my order.

I think this company is operating scams. Paid by credit card for an item - not delivered and attempts at E-mail and telephone contact remain unanswered with the telephone cutting off immediately. Looked the address up for an alternative telephone number and spoke to someone who denied any knowledge of them and said he had had many phone calls and had reported the company.
I am now £83.00 out of pocket and have reported them to Nat West credit cards. They also seem to have other supposed company’s with valid looking websites operating this scam.
Do not trade with them or any other company unless you can verify they are legitimate.
I am intending to investigate further with the help of Nat West.

They have not delivered my garden storage shed, after giving me a delivery date ,they will not responded to my emails. I should have looked at the previous reviews, they all say the same.
This is a bogus company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

Still not received this item

Scam company, leads you on with emails promising delivery up to the date that the item was due to arrive, never gave specific tracking details. The item I ordered was never delivered, and since the date they promised delivery, no more contact, and no reply to emails, and the phone numbers provided do not work. Completely scam company! Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for item to come . They said it was with couriers . It's been on order now four weeks and was supposed to come last week still got nothing . No emails are getting answered

It's a total scam no delivery no refund there using another company website when you try to contact them £82.99 for a storage box and got nothing

Absolutely shocking I paid for a garden storage unit over 2 months ago and still havent recieved anything. Communication is so poor they do not answer emails and phone number provided is incorrect. I wish I read reviews before I ordered. In the last 4 days I have sent over 20 emails and nothing has come back to me. Was promised it would be delivered time and time again by dpd 48hr service and NOTHING. stay away from this website!!!!!!

Ordered some Garden storage units on 15/07/26, on the date of predicted delivery I get an email citing an "unexpected temporary stock delay" offering a 25% refund and a free gift if I agreed to wait 8 days, the 8 days pass and then I am promised a tracking number within 48 hours.....nothing, emailed them asking about said tracking number....no response so just emailed them for a refund, this type of company is why you should always complete these purchases on a Credit Card, very disappointing.

Awful company!l ordered a garden storage unit and it hasn't arrived all l get are muddled up emails that don't make any sense l have emailed them to ask what is happening and asked for a refund, but no reply. Stay away from this place everyone!!

Company (if there is one) a joke. Ordered keter storage unit (in stock) I day later told delay of 13 days , asked if wanted refund or wait and accept price reduction of 25%. Accepted wait. 2 weeks later received e mailed. told back in stock despatch within 24 hours. Tracking numbers would be e mailed. Next day told 60% of orders delivered balance of orders fulfilled by end of play next day. Still no tracking numbers 3 days later no delivery no tracking numbers no more e mails. E mailed them. No response !! Joke company who get off on 🤷‍♂️.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid in full for a bin shed, but the item has still not been delivered. Despite taking my money, the company has failed to fulfil the order or provide a satisfactory explanation or resolution.
Communication has been poor, and I have been left chasing updates with no clear information about when, or if, my order will arrive. Taking payment without delivering the product is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their customer service and fulfil their commitments to paying customers.
