Failed to deliver the product ordered which was sold as a clearance item. Promised a new delivery which never materialised. I now have to raise a dispute with the card company. They do not answer emails or the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible company never received items even though they were meant to be in stock. After numerous email trying to get a refund they never replied until yesterday saying items were with the courier but still haven’t heard anything. AVOID BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Avoid this company at all costs. My order was placed over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my item.
They seem far more interested in taking your money than fulfilling orders.
Communication is extremely poor—they rarely respond to emails, and when they do, they provide excuses or misleading information that simply drags the process out even further. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend buying from this company.

Item was in stock when I ordered it. Keter storage unit for ,£82.99. then it was out of stock so opted for a refund. Still waiting for refund after ,2 weeks. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered as a clearance item then got email days later saying it was out of stock even though it was stock clearance . Few more days emailed back in stock for dispatch still waiting a week later even though I had been told it would be delivered in 1 day for inconvenience

Still not received my order and had no reply to a email I sent!!

I ordered an item available for next day dispatch, 5 days later I'm told of a 16+ day delay, but the item is still shown as in stock for next day dispatch on the website.
