Efficient service and quick delivery's

Wouldn’t order from this company again. We stayed in waiting for the order and tracked it on the app the next thing we got was sorry we missed you, the driver has left a card and will try again tomorrow. We telephoned the delivery on their chat app and again on a number we found to speak to a human and told them the driver is a liar he never pushed our buzzer it’s loud and he has not left a card. It did arrive the next day but meant we had to stay in 2 days to receive it. I will buy from a shop in future unless they change the delivery company.

I ordered a bottle of Maker’s Mark 46 Whisky 70cl from ClicknDrink, expecting to receive the luxury-style bottle design shown on their product page. Unfortunately, the bottle I received was a different design entirely, lacking the premium look that influenced my purchase in the first place.

That said, the whisky itself is excellent as always, and ClicknDrink’s prices are very competitive—great value overall. Shipping was also impressively fast, which I really appreciated.

It’s just a shame that the product image didn’t match what arrived. Presentation matters, especially when buying as a gift or for display. I hope ClicknDrink updates their product photos to reflect what customers will actually receive to help manage expectations better in the future.

Really great service from ordering to delivery.

Good service, and quick delivery

This is my third order and as previously the wine is really good. It was delivered on time.

Great wine. Great service. What more can you ask for?

Service, delivery and quality is very good. Just think that the website could be more user friendly and easier to navigate. But saying that, once you have used it a few times it doesn't become an issue.
